We had a wonderful holidays! A very kind and special thanks and regards to Mustafa Bey, Margarita hanım, İdris Bey, the nice girl from alacarte restaurant (from Kirgizstan) and the very kind lady from Serbia from the welcome area! Very pleasant and beautiful hotel with large pools, nice beach area, promenade over the sea and many more relaxing areas! Very good for families with kids.

Best service I’ve ever seen in my life best hotel ever

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed!
The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!)24h food and drink/ and the animation team were the best! I'm really thankful for all the programs which they made for us every single day, like foam party/pool party/aqua gym.... and big thank u goes to Zuliaha!
We had every evening great, which obviously also added up to the experience. There were shows, parties... And life music or concerts too!

We came here from Lithuania. The teritory is big, lots of empty sunbeds in pool and beach everyday. The food is good and there is a lot of variation but it is the same everyday. Entertainment is really good during the evening in the day there is not much to do but it is the end of the season so it is okay. Emir and Daniel were great and the animation team seams well balanced together.

Great luxury hotel. All staff are helpful and most of them can speak in Russian and English. Huge schedule of entertainment and activities for any taste for adults and kids. Big pools, a lot of bars and snack restaurants that are open during the day, so if you miss your meal at the main restaurant you not gonna stay hungry. The staff are brilliant, highly recommend Ali, Alina in the restaurant. The patisserie is a little gem. Konstantin from the reception found for us a great room. The hotel is working by system ultra all inclusive (UAI).

Had a fantastic holiday great food and staff

The resort has a lot of good things for example the pavilions to rent at the beach and the pool facilities for the kids. The hotel is keen to provide a good service and excels with some staff providing a great experience.

Just returned from our 2 week holiday. Don't believe the negative stuff that's been written.We stayed in the new block, room was spotless cant fault it. Entertainment day & night was superb. Bar staff were friendly and very polite. Ozan who works behind the bar is a credit to the hotel, what a guy he is!!. Excellent choice of food catering for all nationalities. we will be back next year. Thanks for an excellent 2 weeks

Il give the star as it is for the hotel. It's 12th of June 2018. Don't be scared by the recent reviews. And let it cloud you judgement. When we got here we nearly let it change our opinion and my partner cried. The room was dated and we didn't have enough beds in our room. We did arrive at midnight and there is no excuse , but these things happen. The resort is lovely, it is over run by Russians but there are plenty of British people her also. Not as many as you would see in the canary islands or Greece and Spain. We spent most of our time by the quieter pool so the facility's by us were good. But when you get here and understand how many people this hotel caters for, there is no wonder the main pool toilet is abit smelly. Anywhere in the world would have the same problem. Moving on some staff are ignorant but I did find that more of them are not. Food was amazing, that's why we came back to Turkey , once again though it didn't let us down. If you are coming soon. Just give it a chance if you do have a bad first encounter. And the rooms- you only sleep in them. Ps get up early to.put your towels down. I got up everyday at 6 to do so. Cause you won't find them after 8 oclock. Currently the only thing under construction is a section of the amusements. Lazy river is full and active. Obviously other occupants havent had such luxury

The Hotel amazing. swimming pools perfect. Food nice only the staff need to be train as i am Hotel worker in London i know how wee do the costumer service it is very important for the Hotel like SWANDOR BEAUTIFUL PLACE to treat all the costumer same.
BUT I WILL RECOMMEND SWANDOR TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Lots to do Especially on the restaurants that are independent from the main one (you need to book these). Kids love it, great entertainment. Loved the water slides and you can use Kremlin Palace which is next door.

Family of 10 including 2 one year olds and teenager and 6 yr old mammy and daddy's and grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed topkapi and sister hotel Kremelin. Wasnt informed of sauna and spa at Kremelin but stumbled across it on last day. We would of used these facilities had we known. However would definitely recommend both these hotels ....linda edmenson

We went there this summer and it was the worst holiday for us. The staff was very ignorant and unfriendly they completely ignore you so you have to do everything yourself. The rooms were not nice with dated furniture and need to be refurbished ASAP. Very uncomfortable beds . Will never go back there no more than 3 stars. You have to pay for the wifi. The food was the same every day. The lobby is very small as it is the only place you can get free Wi-fi

Tasty food, staff are friendly and cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. Brilliant for a family holiday with kids. Would come again!

Was there for 14 nights, the hotel is well run and the food is pretty good considering the number of people it caters for.
Some of the rooms could do with a little bit of an update but does not detract from the overall appeal of the hotel.
Found that there was too many extras to have to pay for, for example 2 of the restaurants charge 5 euros per person to dine at also the stuff for kids cost extra for example bowling. I think maybe charge more to go there and make everything included?
Waterpark was fun if a little limited, all in all a good place to go to.

It has been best pleasure. Place have very high standard service. Foods, kids activities, entertainment, lots of sunshine. Thanks to great staff they are very friendly. Thanks to management. Definitely next holiday is Topkapi Place. .

80% good if your English.... 100% for Russians and Germans..... Don't forget to wake up at 6am to claim your deck chair 😂😂😂
