The place is extremely clean, specially in the corona virus time, the place is safe and very clean, staff are very professional and friendly, they always have a smile on the face, they are very welcoming and helpful. Always asking for feedback and your satisfaction. All the managers and the supervisors are always checking and making sure everything is alright. I had an amazing stay, very fantasy place amazing pool and pool bar. Rooms are clean and food is amazing. Thank you for this amazing time and service, always recommend this place to my friends.

This is the second visit, first one 10 years ago, but the service and food are the same, exceptional.... the precautions for covid 19 makes it even better, the new system and safety procedures are unique and simple, the customer service is personalized, the quality of food is the best in hurghada, the pool is the biggest ever in the red sea, and the room view is very relaxing..... extremely recommended.. don't forget the amazing aqwa park, it if free for the guests.....

Absolutely amazing place with great service. From the beginning we were taken care of very well and felt comfortable. The food is very good quality and the variety of f&b outlets is vast and the waiters really know how to give great service. Unfortunately we had to break off our holidays because of Corona and had to be "rescued" from Egypt. In this stressful situation I cannot thank Alessa Hue (guest relations) enough for the incredible service and the way she managed everything and gave all guests a reassuring feeling. Very well done to all staff there. I will definitely try to come back!

Great hotel. Excellent laundry service. Kind staff. Multiple restaurants to choose from, incl some show cooking restaurants. Dive centre close to the hotel, offering more than basic dive lesson. Aqua sport centre located on the private beach. Huge central pool.
Sometimes bit German style, then again it is a Steigenberger. Free access to the aqua park across the street. Shopping is better in the city the street nearby is a bit creapy.

This is a great place for a holiday. Loads of activities for children and adults. There's 5 heated pools & the beach. Staff are helpful & friendly.

Mom and I were booked down the road at another brand name all inclusive - we were less than impressed so we decided to check out the al dau. Greeted by amazing staff. Snagged a wonderful room with fantastic view. Food was phenomenal and the spa was spectacular.

Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Loved this place and i highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy their vacation. Very suitable for families too especially kids that want to swim in outdoor heated pools.

I only used the hotel for a dive trip. From my experience the staff were amazing.
The resort itself looked outstanding. I would definitely concider taking my familly there on holiday.

Egypt is a great holiday destination, at no time did I feel unsafe.

In November and December it is usually not so comfortable, because it is colder and windy here. However, in other part of the year it is a beautiful place for a great relaxation. Especially in July and October! Recommend!

Spacious room, all inclusive is very convenient, very nice resort with lots and lots of activity choices. Would definitely come here for getaways. Service is however slightly off par as some of them got some weird attitude / slowness thing.

Love the atmosphere and the food choices. Been having stomach issues on the cruise and not a single issue with this hotel. The water activities are great, would come back again for it. Service is on the slow side, hence the 4 stars

Superb hotel - sadly rooms are not soundproof and it’s hard to find sleep if there are families with loud children ... normal that children make noise but at least make the walls soundproof or give the guests who need a calm place to relax another room! For a luxury hotel it’s a shame, didn’t enjoy my night-.-

They say it's the best hotel in Hurghada and i think that's true. Hotel, food, beach, activities, service - it's all verry nice. We stayed over new year, the temperature was about 23* which was warm enough to enjoy the sun from 10am to 4pm. A special thanks to Roshdy who was an excellent waiter at the beach and Kimo who was an excellent animator, both made us smile a lot. You should go there :-)

My best vacation in recent years. I recommend to everyone who really wants to relax. Perfect service, excellent management, professional staff. Great place , but something is with some kind of foods there , for example calamari , I found them ussing the frozen chainees calamari which was the worest and cuased me troubles in stomach , service is now so so comparing to last year.

The residence in the hotel is incredible! What makes it comfortable to the max is the informal dress code. I've stayed there for 6 days, I enjoyed their outstanding services in addition to the quiet breeze which is everywhere out. I've tried the Full Board package(Or All Inclusive packages as they call it), and I enjoyed it. The buffet is amazing and romantic. The food categories are tasty and made exactly as how the international cuisine says. It deserves a try! If you booked a Full Board, they'll give you the chance to dine at 5 different restaurants that provide 5 different cuisines. If you're planning to dine at one of them, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU not to dine there as they provide a stingy service! If you arrived by your car, park at your own risk as the hotel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages or thefts that might happen to your car. Better to arrive by a taxi. All the services are available for free for the full board guests. And when you try to compare its price to its services, the price is almost nothing. Hope you'd enjoy your stay!

Day 3 of an all inclusive trip, first holiday with my 7 month old daughter - excellent resort, food is generally very good but we still have so much more to experience. Room is excellent also. Very happy with our choice.

I love this hotel! The beach is impeccable, everything is clean, rooms are spacious with a big terrace. The hotel offers several a la carte restaurants including Lebanese, French and Japanese. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a relaxing holiday and who likes to be pampered.

No doubt that the Hotel is the best in Hurghada. No doubt that the staff is very friendly and professional. No doubt that the facilities, beach, pool, rooms and especially the bed is simply the best from the best. Even though the hotel got everything going for itself. I was not satisfied with the food at all. The set up buffet style all you can eat makes you feel like a king. But in truth most of it is not eatable its mass production that is not tasty. I could easily get a better breakfast at a German Youth hotel. Our stay was fine until the 4 day when my girlfriend and I got food poisoning at the Tanga restaurant. We both stayed the next day completely in our room due to the food poisoning. It basically ruined our vacation I‘m still dealing with it. First thing I did when I got back to Germany is to buy medicine. We also had to deal with renovation works next to our room. The drilling of the construction lasted until 8:30 pm only because we phoned the guest relation several times to have them stop. Otherwise, I got the feeling that the construction workers would have drilled all night long. By the way if you not have been to Egypt before be aware to bring Tipp money with you. Be also aware that shop owners don’t except no for an answer. They will keep trying to sell you something that you don’t want.

Everything is amazing! Just the entertainment can be on the higher level. Singers are very unmotivated and completely offkey. Dancers are ruining the dance(telling as professional dancer). But very friendly and helpful personal.

Very nice hotel, very clean and the personnel is very respectable.
Just a small bad point with the kids club. The animation didn't make animation, just a gardery. They watch movies all the day and seat on the cushions. No really activities for the kids.

Beautiful hotel. So much space around the pool and some excellent food. Rooms not long refurbished and extremely comfortable. You can also use the pools and slides at the sister hotel across the road.

Everything you think of, you will find in this hotel.
I would advise of the All inclusive package, really worth it.
If you have any issues, staff and management will work on it to give you the best experience ever.

I stayed in seteigenberger aqua magic but the good thing is that i had access to both resorts! Really huge full of green areas and nice sittings, pools and variety of activities you can never get bored there staff are friendly and let you have your own privacy i totally recommend it

It waa a great experience to stay on this great hotel, I try only one night, now booked already 3 weeks, very helpfule stuff, clean rooms and, the resturant is great, Spa is my favourit place.
The only problem I think is car parking, otherwise everything is comfortoble

What I expected is a 5 stars service , through my stay here I would say its only 4 stars but took the 5th star only because they serve alcoholic beverages.

There is no valet parking.
food quality is low even though they serve a large variety but they all taste cheap, weather at the buffet or at the restaurants.
