Nice clean hotel, aimed at kids.plenty of changed needed as there is an arcade. Food is quite good for an all inclusive. Alcohol is not good. Also tiny plastic glasses. The downside was all the little trampy kids that run riot trashing the place not being supervised by parents. Typical council estate crowd. Not all of them though, some were nice

Had a great time here with my 2 kids. Only bad points are that's it's in the middle of nowhere. No supermarket, pharmacy, cash machine nearby. And there were a couple of incidents at the pool with the lifeguards not being attentive enough. But a nice, clean hotel with great pool and decent food.

Had an excellent holiday here, great staff on site that always seemed happy to help, especially the animation team. We all enjoyed the pools, and had a very relaxing experience. Only things I would change is the variety of food and the space in the dining hall, it does get a bit cramped and a bit samey.

Good choice of food to suit young and old. Rooms cleaned everyday. Good choice of pools and fun entertainment. Staff dedicated to make your stay enjoyable brilliant.

Went here in june with 3 kids 14, 6 and 6 month's. Had an amazing holiday cannot fault it. There was entertainment everyday around the pool for adults and kids and every night on the main stage. Rooms were cleaned everyday, all the staff worked tirelessly. Bar staff were very friendly and food was good even the snack bar was spotless and had so much choice! Ignore the bad reviews!

Stayed at the Eurocalas early July for ten days. Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily, every member of staff extremely polite. Special mention has to go to the restaurant welcome host Paula who created us every breakfast, lunch and dinner with a warm smile. The animation team were great with both children and adults every day and into the evening. With hotel being all inclusive the queuing for drinks in the evening needs to be handled better. All round great family hotel.

We came here recently. Very nice hotel. Staff were nice, good activities, good shows. The pizzas could be improved, and free wifi would be the things to improve about the hotel. Lifts were... let's say tiny and kinda creepy. One our last day, one of the lifts in the Cabrera building had a broken door (the left door panel was positioned diagonally, leaving a gap in which you could see the lift shaft) . Overall a Very nice hotel and would definetely come back.

Very good hotel for families ....4 pools one with slides etc for children and adults to enjoy. . Surrounding areas are clean and tidy with bins regularly emptied.....you can enjoy food in the snack area from 9:30 till late ...and dinning room open meals times x

Excellent location, good entertainment and comfortable rooms. Big choice of pools. Food choice was also large and the hotel provide a free minibus service to the stunning bay.

Good clean hotel for children and families. Fantastic customer service from the cleaners and restaurant staff, although Reception staff need a little training on customer service. Decent games room , however the change machine deosnt ever work and reception will never gice you change. Bar staff are very friendly and do a good job, animation team for children were brilliant and you can leave your children in kids club if you want to relax. Nice little beach not too far away but found a gorgeous beach in S'illot. You can get the bus or taxi and you will not be let down. The beach is clean and water sports there Too. Can not thank the cleaners enough who did a fantastic job of making sure ours rooms were fresh to come back too. Overall lovely holiday with the family.

Friendly staff everything is run perfectly. Dinner tables cleaned away and set back up for next guests. Exceptional cleanliness no litter to be seen on floors any breakage are cleaned up straight away ! Really enjoying our stay here .

I am a family on 2 adult n 3 children age between 8 n 13 yrs . Stayed in 1 bed bronze apartment and plenty of space TV in both rooms lovely view of sea n pool. Only issues is we only had 4 glasses n no plates or pans etc but yet a fridge n cooking hob which is a shame cause the food is not really that good not much of a selection for children some days it would be good to cook as no restranut r open yet. The Transfer was long if we decide to come back I would definitely get private transfer instead. The snack bar is very little not very pleasant to be honest. Also some staff members are extremely rude at times even when u tip them which I find not good to be honest. Entertainment in basic but not sure if this is because we have come early in the year. However the swimming pools are great for children and there lots for them to do however arcade not that interesting n half machines don't work which don't help when the kids r going on n on. Noticed the even though u leave a maid lite on they don't do clean sheets they just make the beds. Which is not nice if there is sand etc over sheets . The lifts r slow n scarry sometimes had to force doors open which also is not pleasant for kids. However it is very clean n tidy around the whole complex which is great. This is a great hotel just a few improvements needed. I would strongly recommend this to family's with young children and older children it is a family hotel which is great my children meet a bunch of friends and it's great as we will keep in contact... We hope to go back. To see if it is any different in the summer.

Transfer is far from the airport. Hotel is fab for kids and they were never bored. Lots of entertainment during the day including foam partys, games, pony riding etc. There are 3 pools and the splash pool had the kids entertained for hours. Evening entertainment was good. Theres also a small beach nearby, we went down there one evening to watch the live band and join in the party on the beach. Music was good and the cocktails were great at the beach bar. Would go back but would get a private transfer. Took nearly 3 hours after dropping others off first

This hotel has beautifully designed and clean rooms with an amazing view of the sea from the balcony. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was wide and varied. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My only complaint was how far in the middle of nowhere it is located and you really should consider renting a car for the duration of your stay or you'll end up tuck there, unable to explore the island, as public transports is almost nonexistant. Although you'll have all you can need, great food, beach and activities in the hotel, Mallorca is a beautiful island that needs to be explored!

I have just spent a week at this hotel. The two stars I give are for the extremely hard working staff. They deserve medals.
It was their first week being open and we did notice the slight improvements they made over the week. For example the food. It was mediocre the first couple of days but the quality improved through the week.The coffee machines are only available in the restaurant at breakfast, to have coffee you have to go to the bar during the day and evening. There was minimal labelling on the food and no allergy warnings. The hotel was fully booked by Saturday and we went without eating because we couldn't find a table and the food was running out. The bar in the evenings was a nightmare. It is far too small to accommodate all guests. During one evening show it was so busy that we witnessed guests arguing over seats.
There is only one lift for each 8 floor block of accommodation which only hold 4 people if your lucky.
The rooms themselves are spotlessly clean with heating and cooling. The beds are quite hard. Not that you can sleep much in them because if you fall asleep before 12am you will be woken up by slamming doors, running and shouting in the hallways and if your unlucky enough you will have people above you sliding the balcony door and moving furniture until around 1am. I am just thankful I did not have my children with me. Unfortunately I was there to see if it was suitable for the kids. This hotel is supposed to be child and family friendly. I will not be returning with my family as it is too busy and I need a holiday to get over the stress. This is a 4 star hotel but we cant understand why as we went to a 3 star in Lanzarote a month ago that had none of these problems and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Great service and very polite staff cannot recommend enough. Beach around 15-20 mins walk. It's a little far especially for disabled people.

We did have a lovely holiday here in September. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the facilities were good. The food was good however there was little variation on the vegetarian options. The hotel was in a great area as it was just outside the 'town' so it was a little quieter than other hotels in the area but you could easily walk to local facilities.

Good hotel but looking very tired , pool is good but the tiles are coming off the pool so my 6 year old cut her toe, kids vomiting in other pool which was only shut for 1 hour and not drained.great time at bar and restaraunt as the staff are very attentive and lots of food which is usually the same, drinks in plastic cups could be better and entertainment average when we went.
Reception a bit of a problem with checking in due to volume of people.

Spend lovely time in the hotel. Stayed in Mallorca, room 1408 which is one bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view (we didn't know it) only a palma tree is a bit in a way. We did have an issue with hot water for few days but we have been offered a replacement room or courtesy room just to take shower. At the end it was not required as water was fixed and we got a bottle as an apology. Room was nice, recently refurbished with two TVs, cleaned daily. Food choice great and varied. We went late in the year (last week of October) and the hotel was closing for winter but it was still busy, kids club and program running. Only the beach nearby was stripped down from all the beach furniture during our stay. Lastly the water in the pool was cold, due to cold nights. The sea was certainly warmer. On a positive note, we didn't have to wait for drinks, in the restaurant or fight for sun lounges. Thanks for everything HYB Eurocalas!

First room smelt really bad. Spoke to guest manager who tried to help but was unable to change our room that night so slept in the smelly room. Spoke to him again and he was able to change us the second night. He was extremely helpful, as we're all the staff and we got the room changed the next day. Food has been good, drinks are good too. The entertainment has been fun. If it wasn't for the time to change rooms I would have given it a 4. The staff have been so nice, couldn't ask for more from them.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. Was concerned about coming after reading some reviews about all the wasps and bad food. Well yes there were wasps but of course there would be when kids were dropping ice cream and fizzy pop all over the place, even with the staff constantly going round picking up litter. The food was exactly what I had expected for what we had paid I'm not sure why people would be thinking they would be getting a la carte? The kids entertainers were also fab.
My only complaint and reason I've not given it 5* is the "lifeguard" not sure why they were there, my daughter who is a strong swimmer but got into trouble and panicked. Luckily a fellow holiday maker jumped into rescue her as the "lifeguard" was too busy taking selfies to even notice what was going on. Quick enough to blow their whistles when someone was on a lilo in the pool but don't expect any life saving skills to be demonstrated.

The hotel is quite big, with many swimming pools including one with slides for children. Location wise is quiet and not a lot to do... perfect if you come with family not so perfect if one would like to party ( apparently there's a club, Tiffany's, where all the entertainers hang out).
Not far there's a lovely little beach but there's also frequent buses to other beaches a bit further.
The food was of good quality , fresh and with plenty of variety...the snacks are in general fried food (nuggets, fish fingers, sausages) and fresh fruit. The drinks however, are undrinkable...cheap spirits, poor quality cava, lots of syrups for the cocktails... either one ends the holiday with diabetes or a stomach ulcer...and the beer is flat...
The room/ flats are very clean and the vast majority of staff very friendly and accommodating. The daytime entertainment is fun and active, lots of exercise classes, foam party and more.
I would recommend but not sure if I will be back

A very friendly and fun family place. They cater for family parties up to 5 with ease. The accomodation has modern feel and the cleanliness is second to none! Food is amazing.. like most buffet you need to vary you're own choices and be prepared to try new food..

It's a couple of years since we were here but this was by FAR the best food we've ever had at any all-inclusive hotel, and we've visited a few. Some people whined about the food, but it you want burger and chips, go to burger king!
Facilities were very good, staff all seemed friendly apart from the evening 'security guy' who needed to cheer up a bit!

Hotel was very family orientated and had lots of choice of food. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. Definitely Booking a return visit for next year!

As a budget all-inclusive this could be good, but my wife and I were not impressed.
The reservation system online is easy to use and fast allowing you to check the prices of different dates.

The hotel advertises parking available: a shared car park with local residents nearby. It had a few spaces but was full a lot of the days and will be insufficient in heavy summer periods.
The hotel is located about 100 yards into a one-way-driving area, so you have to follow the one way system through the town and along the opposite edge just to get back to the road 100 yards away from the entrance to the hotel.

The reception staff were lovely, in fact all of the staff during our stay were lovely.
With reception at this hotel is that you MUST have your PRINTED confirmation email. The reception staff don't let you check-in without them receiving the confirmation email from you! We saw more than one guest directed to the computers to print before they could check-in.
We were given a rudimentary A5 printed map of the hotel before told goodbye. I had to ask for a pen to write down the opening hours of the bar/restaurant etc.
We had to ask a cleaner near our block to find out how to get in with a pram and bags as there were steps down to the main stairs.
We were refused service at the bar initially as reception hadn't given us bracelets to say we were resident.
The room itself was satisfactory but had two single beds: the cleaners would make each bed individually and tuck the blankets between the beds. The beds would slide apart and one or both of us would fall down the gap if we tried to cuddle.
The TV had all Spanish channels, except for the Disney Channel.
The en-suite looked beautiful but the sliding glass door to the shower was not water-tight so using the shower led to flooding and there was no shelving for our toiletries.

The restaurant was nice but on a daily recurring basis the food items had no names so you couldn't tell what they were. Items were also mislabelled, especially yoghurts.
The snack bar has a small selection of food.
The bar had a good selection of hot and cold drinks.
After leaving the restaurant during dinner service that is the end of free food until the next day at breakfast (8am).
No kettles in bedrooms so after the bar closes at night there are no free drinks facilities anywhere in the hotel and no hot drinking water facilities at all.

On the website the main pool clearly says and shows 2 or 3 water slides but these are non-existent.
The pools close at 6pm, when the staff finish their shift.
Unfortunately on more than one day the children's water park was closed fully with no explanation.

The children's play area was hideous. Simply put. Filthy, broken, decayed and severely in need of renovation or replacement. We didn't let our son play there.

The activities shown on the reception TVs (when working) aren't always on anyway and the TVs seem to mix the current week with next week so care is needed in reading.

I know this sounds like a long moan but had to cut short everything to get it within the character count limit.
My wife and I had a pleasant holiday and would return to Mallorca, just not this hotel.

Liked the hotel, lovely staff very clean. Buffet meals very good lots of choice. Wish the parent would supervise children better in the dinning area. I do not want to eat food that children have handled without​ using utensil provided

Amazing Hotel, good staff, absolutely amazing food, good fun for kids, good choice of drinks, some days could be overcrowded and then they can't handle very well the lunch or dinner as we had to queue up about 30min.and at the final we went to snacks place. Overall we been very happy room was refurbished and clean and looked cozy, had 2 swimming pools and the place for kids with 4 slides it's called welcome to the jungle, my 7 year kid he loved it that place. At the evening time they had good shows every night something diferent good animation team. The town itself nothing special, not very clean and a bit far away from the beach. Hopefully this review will help others.

Hotel is clean and tidy, however slightly reminds me of faulty towers. Plugs in the wrong places, shower that soaks the whole bathroom.. However excellent value for money

Great set up & facilities, food choices seemed fairly limited although it was good quality. Occasionally things would run out (fresh bread, hot trays of food) and this could seem slow to be replaced. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Hotel naprawdę przyzwoity. Spędziłem w nim dwa tygodnie i nie żałuje ani jednego dnia. Niedaleko od plaży Calla Antena. Oczywiście ocena przede wszystkim wyraża stosunek cena vs jakość. Pokoje są ok jednak nie zaszkodziło by im odświeżenie. Sprzątanie codziennie i to nie tylko pokojów lecz rownież wszelkich powierzchni wspólnych ( baseny itp.) więc to napewno plus. Uwaga na apartamenty z przejściem miedzy pokojami, przez cienkie drzwi możecie słyszeć odgłosy z pokoju obok np. niedźwiedzia;) mimo wszystko kiedyś napewno jeszcze tu zaglądnę. Hotel bardzo przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi dużo animacji.
