Lovely place great staff and spotlessly clean

Overall it's a really nice and clean place, parking is not big enough; kids animation may have been better with some Bulgarian songs for the Bulgarian kids. The food is excellent, different dishes and fish everyday, the drinks are typical "all inclusive" ones especially the beer, like 2% :) . Wi- fi in the rooms is kinda slow and need improvement but it's there anyway. So in conclusion it's worth the money spent...

Bar staff are hit and miss, last night at 22:30 we were all queuing, the bar tender just switched the lights off, picked up his back pack and left, the bar closes at 23:00 to say there were very unhappy guests is an understatement.The food was ok, but now where near 4 star, the restaurant was packed not enough tables for the hotel, we ate out 5 out of 7 days, same with the pool, must have been over 400 guests and around 60 Sun beds. All with towels on at 07:00. We never got round the pool once. You have to pay 15 lev on the beach for a Sun lounger and 30 lev per day for the Sun canopy. Hotel was reasonably clean the beds in our room gave both me and my wife bad backs. We had a late flight and found the lock room for our luggauge full so ours and other guests cases were left in the foray. We were not pleased and shall never return to the hotel, people who give this place 5*****s can of never lived

Very quiet from last week in May and first week in June but hotel and staff are lovely food good with theme nights children are kept entertained by two energetic guys Jack and Alex. .they also do aqua fitness for all ages in the pool... No entertainment for adults or nearby you have to take a bus ride into sunny Beach. All in all we had a good time.

Good first impression off resort our first day

Large hotel with two pools, all inclusive which covers all drinks and food, quiet night life so if your looking for a chilled relaxing holiday this is the one for you.

Храната е разнообразна и много вкусна! За съжаление голяма част от персонала не говори нито български нито английски.

Pokoje nestoji za moc. Televize nefunkci, ale kvuli te jsme tu nebyly. Skrine polorozpadle. V koupelne vsude plisen a vybaveni poradne nedrzelo. Klimatizace funguje jak ma. Jidlo porad stejne a chutove zadny zazrak. Wifi priserna, neustala pada. All inc bar na druhe strane hotelu. Příjemná obsluha. Hotel celkove mi prijde rychle postaveny a take to tak vypada. V posilovne stropy proserne. V satne proteka stropem voda atd... Plaze špinavé, bordel na každém kroku. Daleko do mesta. Prijemni taxikari u hotelu.

Beach was constantly overcrowded. Also much seaweed made swimming for kid's unpleasant...
