Evrerything was good. Food was normal. Only standard rooms are far from main pool and aquapark is for children I think. If you wanna be closer to main pool choose rooms in first or second buildings, but It'll be expensive then standard. But 3rd building also have good pool and bar, so if you like to stay quiet you'll like 3rd building. Room was clean. About animations I think they need to work to get better show. I don't like it. There is no wifi in the rooms. And in the receptions or atrium it didnt work well.Defenitly npt a 5 star hotel. But for its price it is normal. And dont take tours from your travel agency guid. They sell it for 2 or 3 rimes expencive. There is guy Sima he works in hotel as tour and excursions seller. He gives us great price 2 times cheapper then guid of our travel company.

If you're looking for sea or deep pool to swim , that's not the place ,if you're looking for acceptable food , Well that's the place , the only acceptable thing there is food , nothing else to do ,worst snorkeling ever , worst pool ever (170 cm ) but not fully filled , I don't understand why . Egyptians swim with their clothes which is very discusting . Hated it . Staff is kind , but a receptionist called islam is unpolite and rude , they have a very humble animation ,but they are kind anyway , specially Sasha a funny and beautiful girl . I think two stars is a fair rate

Room is good. View also nice pool is nice except aqua park is so far. Good for kids. Food not great. No wi-fi in rooms. Beach suitable for diving shallow water full of sharp rocks

Very bad experience, Rooms are not clean, horrible bath room condition, you have to fight to get your room clean, food is averag.
I'll never repeat the visit agai.

The restaurants is good and they make a good variety of food daily .
Only thing that i dont like here the aqua park working hours is only 3 hours morning and 2 afternoon .. and only 3 games 😐😐
While am booking this hotel it says you will find 13 games to play .. and thats not true.
The sea ground is really tough and you will get hurted if you gonna walk without shoes or anything on ur foot .
It's not hard to get fixed all this bugs and enhanced your hotel to 5 stars place .

It's​ a nice place with amazing view. staff are good and helpful. Food was good. room furniture is clean and comfortable. alot of free activities. Spa massage was amazing experience.it's value is more than the money I paid.

Amazing facilities and good welcoming staff and friendly. The dining hall has good view and well organized. The food is very tasty and chiefs are very kind. Rooms has amazing sea view, the beach is huge and cafes all around. It was amazing experience ever.
