Hotel Fortezza is a historic hotel and enoresto located in Southern Tuscany. The hotel occupies one of the most important historic sites in the region and overlooks a town which guests typically don't spend more than a night or two in. This guide sought to change that by focusing on the many historic sites, day trips and experiences offered by the hotel.
Front Side
The front of the guide was dedicated to the hotel and the picturesque town it overlooks. In a classic style consistent with the brand, visitors have a dynamic overview of the hotels rich history, the towns most important landmarks and the numerous experiences offered by the hotel and its surrounding nature. Guests have since described it as a concierge in their pocket.
Back Side
In order to encourage guests to spend more time in the region, the back of the guide focused on the many nearby towns and their historic sites. This was particularly groundbreaking since there are surprisingly few resources for tourists to see all of these areas in one document. To tie them all together, the guide also includes a photo hunt which brings guests to engage with each site on a deeper level.
