Japanese Rose – Syn. Kerria japonica ‘Flore Pleno’
This is a lovely old fashioned spring flowering shrub that is deciduous in winter and in spring emerge double pom pom golden yellow blooms on thin wiry stems. Forms a clump of suckering shoots with stems reaching 2.5 meters tall. Best in full sun to a part shaded position. One of only two K. japonica cultivars to receive the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
