(SPOT.ph) Urbiztondo Beach in San Juan, La Union is a hotspot for surfers and beach-lovers. It is, after all, the “Surfing Capital of the North.” More and more resorts, hostels, restaurants, and hangouts have popped up to accommodate tourists coming in from every corner of the world. The new campsite opened with a two-day beach party event with the theme "Bohemian Dreams." Attendees were treated to a fire dance show, spoken word and acoustic night, an all-night party, and fireworks display. At daytime, guests woke up to a beautiful view of the sea and sky, the chirping of the birds, and a chill vibe around camp. It was a sneak peek into the rest of what Camp Avenue has to offer.

Tent rental is at P500 per head. This comes with throw pillows, an insulation foam, and use of the shower area. If you have your own gears, you can pitch your tent for P300 per head. Couples can also book their Bali Hut, which is at P2,000 per night. It includes a queen-sized foam, socket for charging, towels, complete bedding, and complimentary breakfast. These options are perfect if you're not a fan of hard-core camping.
Guests can mingle with fellow beach-lovers in the common spaces, such as the swing bar, dining area, beach volleyball ground, campfire pit, and even the pottery-making area. (Yes, you can sign up for a pottery class at P500 per head with the Red Clay Pagdamilian School of Pottery.)
