Improved Celeste-  Improved Celeste figs are an enhanced version of the popular Celeste fig variety. They have light brown skin and a sweet, sugar-like flavor. These figs are great for snacking and are often used for preserving and canning.

Italian 258- Italian 258 figs are an Italian cultivar known for their dark purple skin and sweet, fruity taste. They are prized for their versatility, used in fresh fruit platters, baking, and making fig-based products like jams and preserves.

Italian Honey- Light green fig with amber flesh. Excellent flavor, very sweet vigorous grower producing on first year wood.

Kadota-Green- Yellow fig great for baking classified as a honey fig. Good for eating fresh, sweet but not as sweet as some of the others.

Lebanese Red (Bass)-Lebanese Red figs, also known as Bass figs, are distinguished by their vibrant red or maroon skin and sweet, succulent flesh. These figs have a rich, berry-like flavor and are often enjoyed fresh or used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.

Lounge d'aout- Lounge d'aout figs are a French variety with green skin that ripens to a pale yellow. They are known for their sweet, honeyed flavor and are typically enjoyed in late summer, making them a sought-after treat for fig enthusiasts.

LSU O'Rourke- LSU O'Rourke figs are a product of Louisiana State University's fig breeding program. They are prized for their sweet taste and adaptability to different climates. These figs have a brown to violet skin and are suitable for fresh consumption or culinary use.

LSU Purple- LSU Purple figs are hardy and vigorous growers with purple skin. They produce sweet, flavorful figs, making them a popular choice for fresh consumption.

LSU Tiger- LSU Tiger figs are hardy and vigorous, featuring light purple skin with green striations. They have a sweet taste with berry-like flavors.

Maltese Beauty-  Maltese Beauty figs are known for their exceptional sweetness and rich flavor. They have green skin that turns pale yellow when ripe and are great for fresh eating.

Magnolia- Magnolia figs are brown-skinned and are typically used for canning or preserving. They ripen from July through August and are a favorite for making fig preserves.

Marseille Black VS- Marseille Black VS figs are a French variety with dark skin. They are prized for their sweet taste and are often enjoyed fresh or used in various culinary dishes.

Martinenca Rimada Fig -The Martinenca Rimada fig is characterized by its striped, greenish-yellow skin and sweet, flavorful flesh. It's a delightful choice for fresh consumption.

Montanha Verde- Montanha Verde figs are a Portuguese variety with green skin. They are known for their sweetness and are often enjoyed fresh.

Moscatel Branco MK Portuguese Fig - These Portuguese figs, also known as Moscatel Branco, feature sweet, greenish-yellow skin and a delightful muscat flavor. They are great for fresh eating.

White Madeira #1- 

White MarseilleExcellent flavored strain of Marseille white. We do not know the origin of this strain, but it produces classic Marseille white figs, very sweet with a maple syrup after taste.  Vigorous grower with a propensity to fruit. One of our earliest ripening figs of the season.
