WeDo Fudge opens, adds caramel options

Sequim’s own drive-thru fudge and prayer season began Tuesday, June 6, at WeDo Fudge, 11 Valley Center Place, in Carlsborg. This year’s drive-thru hours are noon-5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, June through December.

To celebrate WeDo Fudge’s 10-year anniversary, the building received a makeover with a mural. To expand hours and offer more prayers, the business is sharing the commercial kitchen with Teresa Crecelius from Cascade Caramel.

As in previous years, WeDo Fudge is fundraising for local groups. This year’s charitable giving will include KSQM 91.5 FM –Sequim’ own listener supported community radio station to receive all proceeds from peanut butter chocolate sales at the drive-thru — and Welfare for Animals Guild (WAG), the group that protects animals from neglect, abuse and exploitation, to advocate for their interest and welfare, to receive all proceeds of the mint chocolate fudge sold at the drive-thru.
