Laurentia 'Gemini Blue'

Isotoma axillaris
Laurentia is a graceful beauty that never boasts its charms; however, gardeners are won over by the soft blue hue of the starry flowers that float on the tips of the finely divided foliage and their never-ceasing bloom. They shed old flowers for easy care and bring a delightful sense of airy lightness to a collection of container flowers.

PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
Laurentia is a heat-loving tender perennial often grown as an annual, with clouds of lightly-fragrant starry flowers blooming all summer and fall. It requires little upkeep, as it easily sheds its spent flowers. Growing into a graceful mound with filigree foliage, it softens edges of beds and spills over containers of all kinds. It is lovely contrasted with the bolder foliage of peppermint geranium in dappled afternoon shade, where its icy-blue color appears richer.
