• Following up with the delivered materials, quantities and specs as per documentation and
flagging any discrepancies.
• Monitoring performance of own and other subcontractors on site. Responsible to handing
over essential plant rooms like FTR, ELV rooms, Electrical, Main Telecom, LPG Rooms to
the main contractor after completing all MEP works.
• Overseeing installation of construction process and mentoring sub-contractors to follow
the standards, quality and design of approved drawings.
