The modern terraced houses Le Terrazze di Costa Rei are located in the hills of Monte Nai in Costa Rei in southern Sardinia and offer amazing sea views.The three holiday homes are part of the residential complex I Ginepri.
The next long sandy beach is about 1,300 m away and can be reached quickly by car, the same applies to the supermarket, restaurants, bars and other services in Costa Rei.
The houses are perfect for families and couples and, thanks to their modern equipment, also perfect for spending the winter in Sardinia and for smart working.
Cagliari with its international airport is about 60 km away
The holiday houses
The accommodation can be rented all year round on request, ideal for long winter stays in Sardinia and smart working.Each of the three houses has an entrance at the front through the covered porch and at the rear side where the reserved parking space is located.
Outside, each apartment has its covered and furnished veranda with sea views, a space with sun loungers and a service area at the back, with barbecue and outdoor shower (with hot water).
The living area is approx. 50 sqm and comprises a living room with dining area, a sofa bed for one person and a modern kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with shower.
