Very small rooms, very poor room service — your room service call will be answered after trying for 8-9 times. the basic amenities are chargeable water bottle : AED 8 Glasses to drink water : AED 2 Dental Kit: AED 3 Moisturizer: AED 5. Rooms are like match boxes. I booked it for 2 Adults and 1 kid. The bed is only good enough for 2 Adults.

Com and then they told us that room is not available because already sold out! It’s clear in the booking. Com that we will arrive 12am-1am next day. It means we booked it from June. 24-25! Imagine we came from Abu Dhabi? And they told us that they cannot do anything? Come on where is you customer service?

This hotel is full discrimination. They discriminate people from here. I got positive in last 14 days. And finish the quarantine, as per dha we can comeback to our normal life after the quarantine. We tried to explain to the manager that the reason why we stay because we have sister in the room and having the steriods medicine. And the manager itself didnt listen. And me and my sister feel discriminated. Please dont come in this hotel! The manager and staff is really dont know what they do. Please dont come in this hotel or else you will feel discriminated. And the manager wont even bother to listen to you.

Noisy And Small Rooms, it wasn't a good Idea To Choose City max Bur Dubai For My Last Stay, They Waked Me Up With Some Sounds Like Drilling In The Wall Or Somewhere Else. I Didn't Complete My Sleep.

It's a decent hotel and decent customer service. You can smoke in this hotel. They have 4 different restaurants and a bar that stays open til 3am. Also room service until 3 am.

Ok! Very much so. The room is not a new, solid threesome, but the attitude to guests and service is at a high level. All polite, all requests are made instantly. Cleaning is high-quality, everything is clean and sleep comfortably. The hotel has a cool rooftop pool and gym. They didn't try the food, but the neighbors praised it. In general, the area is great, for all 4 degrees!

Good offers on drinks they have got a good band as well. They have an Indian and Chinese restaurant next to them so they tend to get food from there if you crave any of those they can cater that as well. The bar food itself is standard with some good options (calamari is decent)

It's a nice hotel. True all in Indian style :) well, or it seemed to me, because there were a lot of Indians there at that time. Cleaning the room daily, tea, coffee, water is also changed daily. The food is specific, I'm never used to the days I've been there. An amateur. The staff are hospitable, even if you have problems with English, you will still explain everything and show :). The Internet is there, the speed is acceptable.

The hotel is good, the staff is nice, the room though not super new, but it has everything. The complimentary hairdryer, iron, safe, refrigerator. Can be accommodated for a couple of hours earlier, if possible. There is a free shuttle to one of the beaches and to Burj Khalifa. The room was very clean and the view was very good. But the room is quiet.

I think the hotel has its three stars fully justifies. The rooms are small, but if you look at the location and price for the hotel with the flight and breakfasts, then that's good. We paid 42 T. R. For two with breakfast for 6 nights. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, the Dubai Mall, the Mall of the Emirates, near the metro station KRASN. And green branches. In walking distance grocery stores, Economy Class supermarket day tu.

The pros of the hotel are definitely the shuttle to the beach, Dubai Mall. The rooms are clean. Tea accessories are replenished on request without any problems and surcharges. Stayed for 2 days all loved it. The bathroom requires a small upgrade.

Very good customer service in all areas, the cleaning and care of the rooms is great. It rests very well and has a bar for those who want to have fun for the night. Excellent location for those who take the subway, as it is located very close to the station. For those who have a car, has a good parking lot. Receive credit card and has Wi-Fi.

Comfortable rooms, with complete privacy. The lobby is always busy and full of life that’s what I like about it, even if you are traveling alone or staying alone, you can always get on the ground floor bars and restaurants or just be at the lobby, then you won’t feel alone. Small but tidy rooms. Parking was available in the basement. Centre of the city, location is very good, 10 minutes walk to metro station, the bus stop is just outside.

The hotel is in line with expectations. The value for money is reasonable. Room and bathroom are quite small. One is only to sleep there, yet I feel it is tight. Bathroom facilities are not up to date. For example, the tiles could be re-grouted. We found the room properly. There is nothing to complain about the cleanliness.
It is a pity that we had to wait forever for our room. As it is usual to check in from 2pm onwards, the lobby was full of waiting guests, but there are not enough seats. When booking, always be careful not to land too early. At best you should arrive at the hotel from 12 noon. Otherwise you'll be sitting around for hours. In our case from 7am to noon.
When building the stairwell, it was quite certain that no one would use it. It's dusty, as if no one had entered for years, completely unloved and honestly also "disgusting". Its 3 * works out, though from the hotel in such rich city expectations on quality were Big. The city type of the hotel is compensated by the presence of free shuttle bus-One "minibus" serves several more city hotels, both on the beach and in the mall. To the beach 26 min. Drive. My trip was for 7 days and This hotel is very good to stay and every tourist destination is near from this hotel most important metro station is just 10min. Walk distance only. Which is very convenient. This is a 3 star hotel. According to that service is really good even they have one Indian style, one Chinese style, one night club and one coffee shop itself in the hotel and they provide 20% discount to in house gusts. Even they provide liqueurs in rooms and restaurants. Thumbs up for this hotel.

Good budget hotel. I have stayed here a few times but for the first time I was shocked to go to the bar to watch football and there is this Russian racist manager. She has no respect for guests of certain colour and for her employees. She was rude and shouting at her employee in front of her guests and couple of guests around me were all shocked with her actions. The management needs to fix this asap as she will kill the vibrant environment in this hotel bar. In this day and age this kind of bahaviour is unacceptable and I will not recommend colleagues, friends and family to this hotel until the management acts and train this woman how to work with people of every background and the most shocking thing is she shows it in her face even to the guests. Very sad and no Idea how such a person can hold such a position. Abdul.

Amazing hotel for such price. I stayed for 3 nights and it's very quiet hotel. Rooms are small and compact. Toilets don't have toiletries so carry your own toiletries. Be ready to wait while you call r3cwption from your room as it's always very busy due to more than 900 rooms in hotel. It's strange to hear from check in desk that visitors are not allowed in rooms! You can understand the meaning and not everyone is staying there to get the visitors inside the rooms. Over all very good experience to stay.

It was a 4 day trip. We stayed in this hotel on the first day. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff specially by Receptionist Janna. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant is very flexible and Shiv Kumar who works as a restaurant in-charge gave us great hospitality (appreciate this! ). Shiv is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable! ) We had three great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. A true sample of excellent hospitality!

Budget stays centrally located in Bur Dubai. If you are an Indian looking for a budget stay this is the place! The place is run by Indian management, the rooms aren't too big but well maintained for a budget stay. Room service is decent, slow at times. Restaurants are very good. If you are looking for vegetarian options, there is a Kamath hotel across the street. There is a good discount running most of the time for more than 3-4 days stay.

Read all reviews and thought it’s a good place for a 3 week stay, given the rate, location, facilities and staff. Checked-in on July 19th and wanted to check out on Aug 10th. A room cleaning guy comes to my room every day (some Bangladeshi fellow) — a friendly guy, I tip him every day, and no other guy ever entered my room (at least in my presence). There is a locker in the room where I keep my cash safe along with my passport, visa etc. And password protected. I typically lock the locker go out to the floor lobby, talk or chat on phone when he cleans the bed and the living space, and come back in when he sets the bathroom. But I am human after all, perhaps can happen to anybody, I miss locking the locker once. 6 days gone past. I am supposed to have AED 5000 to pay off my remaining stay and other living expenses. Also INR 1300 for my return to India where I would spend this on the cab from Airport to home. I come back from a business meeting today, unlock the locker and count the money I have — AED 2000 + INR 300! I lodged a complaint and with great effort could convince them to take the complaint. I approached the room cleaning guy and he coldly says "Go file a complaint, they will check the finger prints" (in Hindi). Later when I pass him again near the elevator, he is giggling at me asking if I filed a complaint yet. I am left with money that doesn't even cover the room rate for the rest of my stay. Is this the kind of staff you want to hire Citymax, thieves?
