Dr. Marjan Davoudi is the director of Behavioral Mental Health, has 20 years of Psychotherapy experience, and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She is licensed in the state of California and in 2015 she received her third board certified license in the state of Arizona . Her clinical concentration is treating depression/ anxiety, adjustment to the new condition of life and relationship problems. She works with diverse patient populations from many cultural backgrounds and her area of research concentration is trauma and crisis intervention.
As an eclectic, integrationist psychologist, I am always open to using different modalities that are utilized by the leading psychotherapeutic formulations in the hope of maximizing the client's exposure to the unique combination of therapeutic factors that would best improve the clients' problems.
The Individualized Case Formulation method that I am using is based on cognitive -behavioral and object relation approaches. I also admire humanistic/ existential school of thoughts that are helping me to genuinely see the client as a unique human being who has an unlimited capacity for growth and constructive change
