I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked in Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice settings in NYC and applied those experiences to my work with individuals and families. My approach to therapy is one of openness and compassion. I have extensive experience in addressing trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, parent/child relationships, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and many other areas.
I provide evidence-based therapy for teens, adults, and families. I am rooted in Evidence-Based Practices and have been extensively trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Structural Family Therapy.
It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day workings of life and place ourselves last on the list. My approach is rooted in the belief that we all deserve a life worth living. My goal is to help you achieve your own goals, find resolutions to challenges, and ultimately to hold space for you, however that looks.
