AMANDA Brunker will have Botox live on air on tomorrow’s Late Late Show, it has been revealed.

The 42-year-old former model will brave the needle and undergo the cosmetic procedure on the RTE chat show while hundreds of thousands watch on from home.

The curvy blonde will be injected with the anti-aging treatment in front of the studio audience and will discuss the procedure with host Ryan Tubridy.

Amanda, who was crowned Miss Ireland in 1991, will be joined on screen by a mystery guest who is set to follow in the footsteps of teenage reality star Kylie Jenner and get lip fillers.

A show insider told the Irish Mirror: “Amanda will be getting Botox live on screen and another guest will be getting lip fillers.

“It’s all part of a ‘New Year, New You’ kind of segment and Ryan will be speaking to the experts in these fields.”

The beauty is no stranger to the procedure and has even sharing pictures of herself getting the jabs on her Twitter account.

The TV source said RTE bosses opted to do the segment because of the increasing popularity of Botox. The treatment, a favourite with many celebrities, creates a youthful appearance by paralysing muscles in the face so wrinkles and frown lines are reduced.

The insider said: “Ryan will be asking why more people are getting Botox done.

“Botox and fillers are no longer just for celebrities any more – women in their 20s are getting work done now because they are following in the footsteps of the Kardashians.

“Although some men do get work done, doctors say 95% of their clients are women.”

In 2015, Dubliner Amanda said she loved the “ego-enhancing” effects of getting Botox and is not ashamed about opting for the youth enhancing injections.

The novelist wrote in the Irish Independent: “I love the benefits of what a little prick can bring me – insert your own jokes here – but as injections go, a Botox-filled syringe is the least painful and the most ego-enhancing one a person could ever get.

“Sure, I try to eat clean 60% of the time. I drink loads of water and lather my face in expensive creams at night.

“But in my opinion all the green juices in the world can’t eradicate wrinkles and lines the way Botox does.”

Despite her love for going under the needle, Amanda admitted a little goes a long way when it comes to the beauty treatment.

She added: “Don’t get me wrong – use too much of the stuff and you look like a waxwork. But if you manage to err on the side of caution and for a ‘less is more’ mantra, then your external age will match your internal because age ain’t nothin’ but a number.”
