Grevillea x gaudichaudii, a natural hybrid between Grevillea acanthifolia and Grevillea laurifolia that occurs where the range of the two species overlaps in the Blue Mountains of NSW. It is a groundcover that is perhaps at least as notable for its strongly red-tinted and deeply lobed young foliage as for its deep red, spring- to summer-borne toothbrush style flowerheads
