Vaccaria hispanica - Cowcockle, Cow Soapwort, Cowherb. Vaccaria hispanica is either the only species in the genus, and has four subspecies, or, as some authorities say, is one of four species in the Vaccaria genus. In either case, it is a European import, and has been historically found in all but two states - Georgia and North Carolina.
