Enjoyed our stay however the room was a bit run-down and unkept. The view was great, the walkability was good. But- the amenities were outdated and needed some improvement. The beach was littered but overall nice.

I love the pool are warm, i didn't feel it was cold outside cause the pools were warm enough. I was planning to be in the pool for 10 or 15 min and I stayed the whole afternoon. Most restaurants, minigolf and stores are so close, we walk everywhere. The front view to the Ocean is amazing. The only thing we didn't like was when we try to use the dryer the fire alarm got activated so we weren't able to use it.

Hotel was in good condition. Minor wear and tear. Rooms were clean. Great that it had a functional kitchen. I wish the hotel had more flexibility under critical circumstances: such as cancelled flights. Allowing guest to pay for an extra day or extension & as courtesy waiving the resort fee since it's not a full days stay (and the see was paid for 4 days in a row) is a recommendation. Especially if it's off peak season. But things seems to be based on low staffing.

Property is infested with roaches. That should be disclosed upfront. Other than that, staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Room wasn’t clean. Hair was all over. There was no blankets for kids.

The front desk never smiled or said good morning. They would look straight ahead when you were coming by. No communication and just not people who should be working with other people. I felt like I was bothering them when I called the front desk. Also, the mirror on the second floor hall was dirty the whole time we were there. I asked for two blankets and they only gave us one. We had the air turned off and were cold. Housekeeping and the manager were the only ones who went out of there way to be nice to us.

This is an outdated hotel with no cleanliness and I wish I could get a refund for the inconvenience it was horrible

liked the location; parking was a problem; needed hand rails in the bathroom especially the tub area; really liked the room itself
