The property, room and staff were wonderful. The food, however, was not. Very limited options and on occasion not edible - mainly the chicken. Fish was mainly fine but they don't do a very good job deboning.
Horrible experience. They overbooked the hotel and made our friends (we had 2 rooms) stay in another hotel for the first night and instead of apologizing they acted like its normal. I had to pick them up in the morning from the other hotel and missed breakfast cause of that. When I asked to get lunch buffet instead of breakfast buffet, the manager told me my friends could have taken a taxi, instead of me picking them up and missin breakfast.
