We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Mundial. The property is clean and the staff are amazing and hospitable. The comments we could think of are the hotel could do a bit of a facelift - needs pool and gym and new equipment (especially their hair dryer). Their current hairdryer is something we've never seen before or something of the past. It's attached to the wall, and looks like a mini vacuum cleaner - really interesting. Also, the walls and doors in-between rooms are not sound-proof as we could hear the conversations coming from the next room. However, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had a great splurge and the pasties de nata that welcomed us in our room was a sweet gesture.

First of all very good services and friendly stuff then also perfect food generally everything was fine.
Great location! Lots to see and do nearby. Room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the square. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Castelo de Sao Jorge is an awesome moorish castile which is a fun walk from the hotel.
I like the location, very close to a Metro stop. I took Metro from the airport in about 20 minutes. Also it is in the old town and close to the water. They need more power outlets to plug my stuff into. The mattress could have been better. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fairly good and starts at 7:00 with lots of seating. Needs more snacks and soda in the minibar. Overall, a good experience.
The location was great. The rooms are nice. If you park there, make sure you have a small car with automatic transmission. The parking garage has really tight turns and spiral access ramps. The breakfast buffet, although free, was not impressive.
We were able to walk to shopping, cafe, restaurants. It was a good location
