Extremely friendly staff, check in was seamless and contactless. Food was good, and service was excellent. There were barriers between the diners and the buffet table to observe Covid19 restrictions, and the servers were very helpful in filling up plates, sanitizing tables, and generally making sure we have a pleasant stay. Bravo Sheraton.
The front desk staff were more than helpful. No WiFi in rooms.
Bad food (as in gone bad and could have resulted in serious poisoning), car had an accident while parked in hotel's car park and received no apology or even a response from hotel's management. Room got cleaned four hours after we arrived (four hours after normal checking in time). AC was not working that well. Not going back and not recommending it to a friend.
This is a lovely hotel with large comfortable rooms with big balconies. The lagoon is v. scenic.
