The staff at the front desk (shoutout to Scarlett) was extremely friendly and accommodating - they spoke excellent English and always remembered our names. Breakfast was tasty, the spa was super relaxing, and the gym wasn't crowded. Five stars! PS - we set up an airport transfer with the hotel - highly recommended.
