The hotel is a delight...comfortable and quaint with a staff that is willing to do whatever you need almost before you say it. Location and ambience are great. The only downside is the parking, but even that was not much of a hassle. Definitely 5 stars!!!

We liked the small and friendly atmosphere. We did not like the old elevator that when used by a guest would wake us up at night. It was quire loud in our room.
The hotel only has 15 rooms. I loved that I felt like we were the only family there. Loved the patio for our light breakfast. It was the perfect location for us. Walking distance to the beach.

The property is very well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The only negatives about our visit - Orbitz did not disclose that we would have to switch rooms mid-stay. Also, parking can be a challenge, as the hotel does not have it's own designated parking area.

We booked a king size room, and we're given a king size room but it was the handicap accessible room which was sharing walls with the reception area and the breakfast area oh, so a bit noisy. Mentioned this to Justine and she was able to get us a second floor junior suite for our second night which we just loved because it was very quiet.
Beautiful boutique / historical hotel and amazing guest services. They were very accommodating to my family - daily storage of our jogger stroller, did not mind microwaving my toddler’s food and provided utensils, etc. when we had takeout delivered. We loved spending our evening meals in the peaceful courtyard. Perfect location for walking all over Coronado.

Hotel Marisol Coronado is very close to Coronado Beach (short walk). There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance from the room, but the hotel is also in a quiet corner so there were no issues with noise. Very comfortable hotel.
