Description

One of the most beautiful spring-flowering cyclamen , known since 1895. Found by the Turkish botanist Dr. Demiriz on Duldul Day in Adana province (the Adanus Mountains) in 1952. The heart-shaped leaves are serrated and purple on the underside. This wild form probably has the darkest flower colour, dark reddish purple and even dareker towards the throat. Near the eye each petal is marked with a spot in the form of an ace of spades. Fragrant.
