This little house once housed the cows of a farm of more than 100 years old, that covered a large area of Wiesel. The stables were renovated in the same chapel-like form as the original stables. The charming building powerfully breathes peace, which, with its former history of impregnation, birth and death, the crysta-llike and leaded glass windows and doors further enhance. The ‘stables’ are located in the middle of a field, 100m from the main farm in Wenum Wiesel. The house can also be used for 5 guests (Natuurhuisje house code 28337). The quarter hectare for our guests is fenced off dog-safe.

The building is located in a beautiful landscape just north of Apeldoorn, enclosed between the Park of Palace Het Loo (10 minutes walk), the Royal Forest (same) and Gelders Landscape (same) in slightly undulating, lightly forested farmland. Because it lies in a valley on the east flank of De Veluwe, there is little wind. It is often very quiet, so all you hear is the large variety of birds. You can make walks to your heart’s content from five minutes to many hours, through fields, old forest, with brooks and other waters, on sand- or gravelpaths or small roads. Even so, the nearest busstop is a 10 minutes walk, nearest shopping mall 10 minutes by bike, good restaurants a 2 to 15 minutes walk and Apeldoorn Trainstation 20 minutes by bike.
