For me, this experience has been more impactful than conventional talk therapy. I was acutely aware that in order for this to be effective, I needed to be fully honest with myself in order to be fully honest with Trish; even that seemingly simple concept has been profoundly impactful on my life.

Dosha Consultation

A big take away from my consultation with you was that I had been in a very kapha state, causing me to be lethargic and not feeling my best. In order to return to my more natural dosha you recommended I start to workout in the morning (rather than night) and incorporate more mentally stimulating meditations such as nature walks. After a few weeks of making these small changes I feel 1000% better; my roomates and friends even say they feel a shift in my energy! I recommend everyone to tap into your dosha consultations and learn that even small changes will cause huge shifts to their everyday life!
