I tested both the RIP version and the ISO version on Windows 10 and Windows XP. I wasn't able to start either version while using Windows10. But both version can run while using Windows XP. I completed the first desert map mission. Unfortunately, during the other 2 missions, the game would crash and shutdown within a few minutes after starting. Both version had this same crashing problem on my Windows XP due to the ".bin" file problem. Anyway, I had fun by just playing the first map.
