Not everyone likes to go it alone at the gym. Sometimes, we need a swolemate to help us push through and get those gains. And for the duo at Double Dedication, a fitness Instagram with over 125,000 followers, having a partner is absolutely essential. Linn Löwes and Madelen Ros, the two Swedish personal trainers in charge of the account, spend their days coming up with new and creative "friendweight" exercises that allow both gym buddies to get a workout by helping the other out. Since 2015, the two have eschewed exercise equipment in favor of giving one another a lift.

Sometimes, the exercises are simply solo bodyweight workouts done with another person who can provide you with some extra motivation. Löwes admits that coming up with these new workouts can be a challenge, but the experimentation is all part of the process.

"Some [moves] turn out awesome, and some end up catastrophic, but always with a lot of laughter," she told Cosmo.
