The neck has a thin “C” shaped profile, which offers greater comfort and ease of playing. The fretboard is in Indian laurel, with 21 narrow high frets.

The Fender Squier Sonic Stratocaster also has a tremolo bridge for expressive vibrato effects, sealed gear tuning machines for smooth, accurate tuning, and durable chrome hardware.
