All fun and games until you gotta brave the hill down to Ballard and the inch of accumulated snow atop a layer of wet ice has created an obstacle course of wiped out Teslas and BMW X5s.

    Lawyer folks on here: If you get a ping from this guy asking to talk with you about a "non-executive CLO role", don't worry, he's not going to answer inquiries about (a) what the company is, (b) how exactly a C-level title is "non-executive", or (c) why the company he lists on his bio shows up in searches as non-existent. I agreed to take the meeting because I was curious, but when you don't answer very basic questions like the ones I just listed after last-minute cancelling the meeting because "the interview will be conducted by our CEO", that tells me everything I need to know. https://lnkd.in/gXaVNa2B

    One of the more interesting things about my class is that every year I somehow seem to end up with NCAA athletes. This year’s athlete plays D-1 Beach Volleyball. I just today got an email that the team qualified for the NCAA championships, which is funny for a team from Seattle but also: WAY TO GO, FOLKS! Biscuits is trying to wake herself up to be excited, but she really is.

    If you passed the Bar, shout it from the fucking rooftops. Be proud. You got through the gate. This is the day you've been looking forward to for a while. If you didn't pass, don't sweat it. It's a bullshit test. Your score says nothing about you. I'm sorry you'll have to do it again, but you are a person with value and you bring a lot to the world. Don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise. Especially yourself.
