This hotel provided the most appalling standard of food, room quality and response to requests for improvements. e.g. reception staff stated that it was company policy only to provide two small sachets of shower gel for the three day period of a stay. room had no air cooling system and no bathroom extract. WC was not clean and contained objects. ceiling stained, wallpaper peeling, shower hose soiled, no tv control, no room safe, bed under-sized for double use, minimal furniture, no instructions how to use telephone, bed linen blood-stained, door key awkward to use, two small sachets of shower soap supplied for three days use, .........
