Magnificent a views of the alps.
Location was incredible, would be outstanding in winter. Many of the staff spoke English, very friendly and very helpful.
Nothing.
No sheets provided, no toilet paper provided without request, no TV without additional payment, no towels without additional payment... The room cost is only the beginning.
No ability to check in after hours, rooms were open but could not get keys to lock the doors.
Internet didn't work, even after 3 days.
Was not prepared for the costs of linen, towels and cleaning. all reviews »
The whole place ,not good for summer stop ,maybe winter only . they ask you to clean up everything before you leave or else they will charge you and fill you are asked to fill in a itinerary with half the items missing ,in fact we felt we were doing there job for them ? sorry not to be recommended for the price.
