the lovely big swimming pool, and the fact that the hotel has quite a few Arabic guests which was rather nice for my little boy All staff very friendly and helpful. Big resort hotel, comfortable, lots of amenities, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. all reviews » Friendly staff and nice facilities. This hotel is amazing and cheap. The silent is very nice. late check out. The location, just minutes from the pyramids, is great. They do have several restaurants which serve decent food and are convenient. The breakfast is excellent with a large spread. A great break from the typical Egyptian breakfast!. Staff, specially at front desk. One named "Ahmad" at front desk was so helpful. Property was very nice with good facility. Good place to be relaxed. swimming pool is nice. Comfort of room Food. the dual carriage way alongside the resort, slightly run down - but then, I got a real bargain and the whole point was to stay somewhere nice and convenient for sight seeing with a pool without breaking the bank - so it was 'fit for purpose'. It's not very central, but then not being close to the centre of Cairo isn't necessarily a bad thing. More of a resort than a city hotel, therefore lots of kids and a bit noisy at times. -Old Furniture -Slow Reception -No Free WiFi -No 24/7 open supermarkets, and no near supermarkets/pharmacies. It needs more investment in staff training and facilities maintenance. The breakfast is normal. cleaness of the rooms. As in much of Egypt, everyone expects a tip for everything. When you are 'safely' ensconced in your hotel, the last thing you want is more people who want a tip. The travel desk was not very helpful and charged high prices. The rooms need renewal process. Its too large complex and people needs to walk too much to react the main building. No WiFi available. they don't Povide Free wifi and also paid one was not working. it is isolated. A/C bad. faraway from city no transportation available no mall close to hotel no shops close to the mall swimming pool open late and close early breakfast is not good. Lots of flies Needs to be refurbished a bit specially walkways I needed a Doctor, felt dizzy and sweaty, felt Bp was high... there was no doctor in house. Internal Telephone was not working, technician came, did not work.
