Eating and Drinking

The hotelā€™s new ground-floor restaurant Origin Kensington launched in September 2022. Origin Kensington serves seasonal top-quality British cuisine in a bright and comfortable space with excellent views overlooking the natural beauty of Kensington Gardens. In addition to its lunch and dinner menu, the restaurant provides a weekend bottomless brunch, featuring exquisite small plates and fabulous cocktails. We have hosted many events there including Mother’s day brunch and dinners.

Executive Chef John Serhal and his team have curated a menu of quality without compromise, which will exclusively feature locally and nationally sourced ingredients, celebrating the best of British seasonal produce. To provide the finest ingredients, Origin Kensington is partnering with some of the countryā€™s premium suppliers, including H. Forman & Son for their renowned London cured smoked salmon, and Aubrey Allen, the Royal householdā€™s preferred butcher.Ā

Origin Kensingtonā€™s launch marks a further new chapter for the Royal Garden Hotel, creating a luxurious and friendly experience for its international guests. The new restaurant will complement the ever-popular and acclaimed Min Jiang, the hotelā€™s top-floor Asian restaurant, a staple in Kensingtonā€™s culinary scene.Ā
