    • You will have to start your stay with dinner.
    • Dinner is served from 19:30hh to 21:30h.

  • Important! If your booking ends on 15/10 and you have booked Full Board:
    • You will have to start your stay with lunch.
    • Lunch is served from 13:00h to 15:00h.
    • Check-out day you will enjoy breakfast as the last service.
    • It is not possible to change the order of the meals, as the accommodation will end the season on this date, please take this into account!

  • Babies from 0 to 1 year old: travel FREE sharing bed with parents or in their own travel crib.

  • Children from 2 to 11 years old, as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate:
    • From June 21 to September 14: 1st stays at 75% discount and 2nd stays at 50% discount.
    • During the rest of the dates: the 1st stays FREE and the 2nd stays with a 50% discount.
 
  • The maximum capacity of the rooms is 3 people. We explain it better!
    • Are you traveling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.
    • Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 4 adults per room.
    • The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

 

Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room varies according to the dates, you will see the price applied during the booking process.

Tourism tax

The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax. 
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.

Pet Policy

This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

In the lounge of the cafeteria you can hear very loud music from the discotheque just below, in the same building of the hotel, very unpleasant, the waiters told us that they could not do anything after 22:00 it is unbearable to be there, I imagine that the guests of the first must not be able to rest with such noise.
En el salón de la cafetería se oye muy fuerte la música de la discoteca que hay justo debajo, en el mismo edificio del hotel, muy desagradable la verdad, los camareros nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada a partir de las 22:00 es insoportable estar ahí, imagino que los huéspedes del primer no deben poder descansar con tal ruido

 8.3 Ida Travelled with family September 2023 I liked the professional work of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. My hope was that when I got to the other one we booked it would change and it was worse. I traveled with my daughter my granddaughter who will be two months old and my two pets and I will never travel like that again because I look for the guarantee of having a good time. And I recommend the hotel and BuscoUnChollo to change the advertising of the hotel room and around that is old so that the customer does not get a scare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUSCOUNCHOLLO because they should not ask to sell such an old room.
Me ha gustado el trabajo profesional de los trabajadores desde la recepción hasta el equipo de limpieza. Mi esperanza fue que cuando llegara al otro que reservamos cambiaría y fue peor. Viaje con mi hija mi nieta que cumplirá dos meses de nacida y mis dos mascotas y nunca más viajaré así porque busco la garantía de pasarlo bien. Y le recomiendo al hotel y a BuscoUnChollo que cambien la publicidad del hotel habitación y al rededor que es antiguo para que el cliente no se lleve un susto. NO RECOMIENDO A BUSCOUNCHOLLO porque no deben de pedir de vende habitación tan antigua.
I did not like the hotel room at all. It was the worst experience I have lived in a hotel, the room is so old that the real estate should change it needs a reform not, throw and rebuild. It is shameful and embarrassing that they sell you one thing and when you arrive you find another. In the room was not going well or control my TV, the air was terrible and when it was time to shower only the hot water was k had to change rooms. The dining room or a roadside dining room caught my attention so much the type of guests that my curiosity was so great that I had to ask and they informed me that they were refugees and then I understood. When I got home I contacted the BuscoUnChollo office to tell them about the unpleasant experience I had and Melani who attended me seemed to turn a deaf ear to everything I told her and didn't even say anything. I am sorry for what happened.
No me ha gustado nada la habitación del hotel. Fue la peor experiencia que he vivido en un hotel, la habitación es tan antigua que el inmobiliario deben de cambiarlo necesita una reforma no, tirar y volver a construir. Da pena y vergüenza que te vendan una cosa y cuando llegues encuentres otra. En la habitación no iba bien ni el mando mi la tele, el aire iba fatal y a la hora de ducharme solo iba el agua caliente k tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. El comedor ni un comedor de carretera me llamó mucho la atención el tipo de huéspedes que fue tan grande mi curiosidad que tuve que preguntar y me informaron que eran refugiados y entonces lo comprendí. Cuando llegue a casa me puse en contacto con la oficina de BuscoUnChollo para decir la experiencia desagradable que viví y Melani la que me atendió parecía que hacía oído sordo a todo lo que le decía que ni siquiera el detalle de decir. Siento lo ocurrido.
