Hotel is lovely and friendly very clean staff all great especially terry on the bar she was lovely so helpful. food wasn’t the greatest for me but I am quite fussy but my kids loved it the all inclusive has a wide range of foods and snacks there wasn’t a lot of queuing as I previously read we would definitely visit this hotel again

We’ve been using this hotel since 2012 and we really like it 👍 It’s clean, tidy the staff are nice and the food is good.Its great for families with younger children, the entertainment isn’t everybody’s cup of tea but overall it’s a great hotel

Having been numerous times before to this hotel that in itself says it all! Committed same friendly staff,exceptional food both in variety and quality and cleanliness throughout. A quality holiday guaranteed!!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming could not have asked for anything better all the staff was very friendly. there was plenty of choice for the food. the room was always clean and tidy on a daily basis.

Myself and my partner have holidayed at this Hotel both as a couple and with a group of friends for several years now. The Hotel is two storey high situated in a quiet at night location but at the same time only 5 mins walk from an array of excellent entertainment bars. There is a bus stop opposite the Hotel which will take you into the centre of Benidorm or you can choose to walk the 20 mins instead. Hotel facilities are excellent. Thoughly clean, excellent choice of food. Staff always professional but so friendly too. Wouldn't stay anyway else in Benidorm.

Before I start this review, I must point out that I am very easy to please, so any negative comments I make are not trivial. Hotel Room and Staff, No Problems at all, friendly Barstaff. Only 1 Drink per card, maximum of 2 cards, I found dissapointing, it's the first time I've come across that in any holiday I've had. The fact that the holiday price for a Child is the same as that of an Adult but they have to pay for a glass of Slush and Crisps etc seems GROSSLY UNFAIR. Raining on the 1st day of arrival, but Indoor pool not open, only at certain times of the day, also the Outdoor pool is open from 11:00am till 6:00pm. I think the sunbeds need replacing as they wouldn't stay in selected positions. WE never saw the Gym open at all. The Food was O'k, but we've had more choice at other hotels we've stayed at. Evening Entertainment was good. Benidorm is a busy place, more suited for adults than children, LOT's of Shops for Women ' :-)

Hotel spotless easy access to other parts of the new town and the outdoor market but afraid that's all I can say.We were all inclusive but their idea of snack times was way out of comparison with other hotels we've been 4times to this hotel and never once did we find fault and we were last there in 2016 but it'll be a very long time before we consider this hotel again and that's a shame because we've always classed it as one of Benidorms best

Excellent accomodation, food and friendly staff. Clean pool and areas, good entertainment and lots to do in nearby places. Good clubs neafby with some fantastic tribute acts and singers and cabaret opposite the hotel.

After reading some of the reviews about this hotel I was a bit worried about staying here. But we had a great holiday. Staff always helpful don't know what some people where on about . You can't please everyone. Card system for the bar works fine. Plenty Of sunbed without getting up a silly o'clock. Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews.

too many rules . we are supposed to be on holiday. some staff were lovely others were rude . food was ok but this is not a 4 star hotel more a 3 .entertainment was mainly for kids . the little ones mainly . older kids got bored and played hide and seek round the hotel .

Just came back from a 11 night stay in this hotel and I can honestly say there is nothing at all to fault about it, the staff were all brilliant and friendly especially pepe the barman he was funny and friendly.The food was very good, if anybody knows how to cook meat then it is the chefs in this hotel I have never tasted meat so tender and there is a different choice of meat, fish, potatoes and veg every night apart from chips every day I don't think there was much repeated, breakfast was the same each day but then there isn't alot you can do for breakfast.The rooms were very clean and spacious with a maid service everyday, we had a rear view room and there was building work going on across the road but it never bothered us at all.The outdoor facilities were spot on with an outdoor bar and snacks from 11am-around 7 I think, there are a couple of pool tables, a table tennis table, and air hockey for the kids and games all through the day for adults and children with certificates given out at night for the winners.The entertainment staff were brilliant even putting on there own show on 1 evening in the week, there is also a foam party on a Saturday which is good fun.The hotel is directly opposite Benidorm Palace which I recommend to anybody, we went on the last night and it was fantastic, it is also within walking distance of restaurants and the strip(about 10 mins) and the beach(about 15-20 mins).The only thing I didn't really like is the card system for drinks(1 drink per card) but hey when everything else is faultless you can put up with it.We will consider going back next year.

fantastic hotel!!! myself and my family stayed here for 10 days. We were greeted with 2 of the most friendly helpful receptionists i can say ive ever met!! check in was so quick and easy and nothing was to much trouble they were happy to help with any questions and sorted the only problem i had very quickly and efficently the hotel was so clean and tidy good spacious rooms cleaners came daily, the food was good and plentyful with the addition of the snack bar outside meant you could go from the pool get a bite and back into the pool. The barstaff were brilliant Tery was a sweetheart she is a credit to the hotel always going above and beyond for all the guests ensuring they are happy. This hotel runs with all inclusive cards instead of the usual wrist bands stating 1 drink per card and only 2 cards per person can be used at any 1 time, i myself had no problem with this but some of the barstaff were very strict with some people and not with others with 1 person ordering 6 drinks with 6 cards at the same time maybe ensure its the same rules for everyone. Entertainment was good plenty for kids and adults to do throughout the day and the kids disco at night followed by hoy hoy was brilliant different shows or guizzes something for everyone every night. A briliant hotel with ground staff who are a credit to the hotel!! would reccommend this hotel 😁😁👌👌
