Carema Club Resort Aparthotel

My 2nd time going to Sevastos and I had the best time again. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Rooms are spotless and the whole atmosphere around the pool is so fun. It is perfect for family holidays and close to everything. Can’t wait to go again.

I think it's way over priced for the room/apartment you get, there isnt much to do around, the property were kept clean and tidy, the beach kept getting covered in jelly fish coming in from the north sea so we wasnt able to go in the sea most of the time , way overpriced for what you get

This hotel is ideally situated for beach, buses, supermarket etc, but was obviously in closing down mode by 2nd week in October. Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms need a serious makeover.

i think Carema Club has so much potential but unfortunatly in my opinion most of their ideas dont seem to suit the average family holidaymaker.some of the problemsno inflatables in the pool where all the kids tend to playthe only time a ball is allowed is for water polo [adults only get out the way kids!!!!]only snack is a hot dog all day [glad i wasnt all inclusive]if your kids dont go to kids club nothing else for them to be entertained by animation team [you can only go to splash park so many times] all the daytime entertainment mainly for adults. restaurant seating etc felt more like a canteen also round bar area no comfortable seatinggetting a drink at bar always had to wait, at least 5 times i waited more than 20 minutes.most nights everything was shut at 11 even though there were still people wanting drinks in the bar [if people wan a drink then serve them]only other bar was up a steep hill if want to walk up there at night.good bitsthe best part no towels on sunbeds except for 2 familes who took 14 beds betwen them every day but other than that no rush i think this was partly due to the fact that the brits were in the minority mostly French and Spanish [nice people] who dont seem to worry about saving sunbedsas mentioned its a shame the management dont take notice of peoples comments because i know a lot of people have mentioned the same as me.staff very friendlypool life guards even though very strict were always very attentivewe found food ok with plenty of selection, first time though that they have a cheese selection but no biscuits

This hotel is ideal for children around the age of 12 and under . The staff are very friendly and helpful . Its very dominant French / Spanish and the evening entertainment is mostly targeted at these nationals , ok if you speak French or Spanish, we could hardly understand it . The WORST part of this holiday was the excessive flies in the dinning room . They were all over the food and we mostly didn't eat in there due to this . Was very off putting . We told the jet 2 representative and we were told that the hotel had been made aware and had responded by putting some extra fly catchers in there ( the electronic type) . I counted no more than 4 in the very large dining room . Another 4 might of actually been sufficient . We won't return there due to this . There are lots of steps so if your not very mobile than this hotel is not for you . The area is very quiet , not a lot going on , but there are regular buses that stop outside the hotel which are reasonably priced . Lovely beach which is a very short walk from hotel where you can hire paddle boats etc .

The resort overall is great, the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is basic but clean and has what you need. The whole resort is clean and well maintained. Food at breakfast is good, but evening is a little hit and miss but there's still a huge choice and something for everyone my daughter particularly liked the freshly made pizza. The pools are clean and the water park is great fun. There's a kids club and water sports although we didn't use them they seemed popular. It's very close to the beach - which is small but clean and has parasols with beds, paddle boards, kayaks etc to hire staff very friendly. There's a restaurant immediately next to it, which is quite and serves lovely food reasonably priced. A short walk up the hill is another restaurant, which is lively, serves great cocktails and reasonably priced. Over all a great resort, although not much outside of it. Perfect for families.

our family visited this hotel for ten days in July and we all had a good time with a age range from 18 months to seventy two .this is not the hotel for anyone that has any type of mobility problems as the steps and hills are large .The rooms are kept very clean and staff are very helpful the food was very good freshy cooked . the dinning room was fine except there was NO air condition working and with out door temp, of 30deg plus eating the nice food was spoilt . the bar also could do with air condition .and for this reason we would not visit this hotel again .the other plus was the beautiful beach.

Just returned from 2 weeks holiday. Family of four and our children aged 5 and 10. Absolutely amazing staff who have made our holiday superb. Excellent food with plenty of choice. Apartment clean and daily serviced. It certainly was a hike to get to our rooms and felt for elderly quests who struggled with hills and stairs etc but feel this is pre warned in hotel descriptions. Entertainment staff were amazing Guilia, Julie, Maria and Oscar especially who took a great deal of time and effort ensuring every one has a fantastic holiday. My only gripe would be air con wasnt great in our room and only worked sometimes and in the evening the only toilet available near to entertainment is in tge Marlet Playa Grill. One ladies toilet is not enough and one night there was water dripping through the ceiling into a bucket!

Our third trip to this excellent resort. Lots of activities, friendly staff, sports facilities, great all inclusive restaurant with lots of choices, nice safe beach adjacent.....just first class for a family break.

Just spent a week in this resort with my partner and our 3-year old son; we had a great time and can't wait to go back. It's our first package holiday with a child so wanted somewhere with plenty to keep him happy (and therefore make our life easier!) and this really fit the bill. Highly recommend if you're travelling with kids, it's got everything you need. The waterpark attached is a bonus, although sadly we didn't use it much as the water was freezing! However, later in the year I should think it will be great fun and it's perfectly positioned, being located at the back of the main resort so it's visible and easily accessible without being 'in your face'. The main pool is great and has a little bridge separating the swimmers end from a shallow toddler pool & fountain, which our 3-year old loved playing in and I felt was very safe as it allowed me to sit on a sun lounger (drink in hand!) and keep an eye on him playing with the other kids. There was plenty of activity around the pool during the day, provided by the very hard-working animation team. I'm not a big fan of "holiday entertainment" but these guys are so friendly you can't help but join in with them - not annoying or pushy in any way, just good fun and great with the kids. The rooms are a bit basic but plenty of storage and spotlessly clean. We did however get a sea view without requesting it, but this may have been due to the fact that our room wasn't ready when we arrived and they gave us another one - after MUCH queuing and waiting - so may have been upgraded. We also had a few snags - the toilet stopped flushing and the electricity went a couple of times - but each problem was resolved quite promptly by the hotel staff. It wasn't anything too disruptive and wouldn't put me off returning. The hotel need to improve their check-in system perhaps, as we lost most of our arrival day waiting around for a room to become available. TIP: pack your swim stuff in a bag you can access so you can use the pool while you wait for your room! The food is amazing; plenty of choice, all fresh and tasty - I'm sure I've put on a stone! Lots of meat and fish choices, salads, fresh-cooked pizza and the obligatory chips and pasta dishes - absolutely something for everyone. You would have to be a particularly fussy eater to not find something you liked! You can help yourself to beer and wine plus soft drinks, so nothing was lacking. The buffet restaurant was very clean and modern too. In all a great experience!

The accommodation was as we expected. Clean with a rustic feel. The whole was resort was brilliant for a family. It is set over at least 2 sites, we were on the quieter side of the road which suited us as we weren't All Inclusive. We did have the use of 2 pools and sunbeds on our side. You could go to the busier larger pool over the other side if you wanted to, but this was noisier and had the all inclusive bar. The adjoining bar and restaurant with ice cream parlor was great, very friendly staff. We were right by the beach less than a minute walk from our apartment. The hotel offered water sports at an additional cost which we didn't use. There is also a water park included which the girls loved. Would definitely go back.

Good for families with children aged between 0-9. Apartments could do with updating but overall ideal. Did make a couple of complaints about the mess outside our entrance but nothing was down. Amenities are all close by but no cash machine.
