We have recently return from a short break hotel and would like to let people know that this hotel is definitely in our opinion not set up for All Inclusive guest. We generally take comments made on hotels with a balanced view and appreciate that people views can vary. This is what we thought so here goes. We will start with what was good about this hotel – the location was great and the hotel was very clean, that’s about where it ends!! What was not good – we booked all-inclusive and paid more than many other 4* hotels we have been too (we tend to go 3-4 times a year). The drinks alcoholic selection was limited to a choice of 4 basic spirits, basic wine, 1 beer and cocktails (we will cover these later!!) You could not have any other alcoholic drinks by paying a supplement like you can at other hotels you had to pay full price. The bar staff were exceeding rude if you were all-inclusive and in particularly one barman was very bad with women, this was not just with us they had been the same with others from Norway, Sweden and Holland. When I went to reception about this (which I have never done before) we were told that one particular barman had a cultural problem, why was he in this job then!. The drinks for All-inclusive guests were served in one style of thick glasses whilst other guests were served in nice glasses appropriate to the drink. The cocktails for All-inclusive guests were premade up sweet mush, other guests had them made to order. When we told the barman that they were the worst we had ever had he just smiled and said thank you. If you ordered a coffee ours was from a basic machine other guests had it made from a proper barista machine. Food – whist the choice was ok as far as buffet meals go, the breakfasts were always cold. When I asked for an omelette I was told ‘not today tomorrow’ even then I was questioned when I asked for a plain one as I don’t eat cheese why I didn’t want cheese. At the main grill in the evening we were only offered a tiny piece of meat or fish (unless you were German when you were given as many as you wanted and didn’t have to queue for it !!) if you asked for more you were given the stare. Rooms – the room was very small with a glass fronted bathroom squeezed in the corner. Be careful if you have children the glass door was very heavy and there was no sound proofing. Based on this visit we would not be staying in a HB Hotel in the future. In conclusion this hotel is not set up for All Inclusive guests at all and is overpriced for what you receive on the food and drink front.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff and not far from the airport.The beach is only meters away and although the room was small... it was clean and had a side sea view. From our room we could see 2 pools and there was another infinity pool on the top floor..The hotel also has a gym and a buffet type restaurant.The bathroom was also very clean etc

First of all when we arrived at the hotel we got told we had to pay for tourist tax which we did not know about. Luckily we did have money with us. When we got our Card and went to the room we was not happy with the room. We ordered a double bed and got two singles and then the bathroom was divided by a frosted glass but some of it had been pealed away so we didn't have much privacy. Our towels and bedding in the room never got changed. We even asked for our bedding to be changed and this never happened. There was a mark on the bedding and it was still there at the end of our holiday. Secondly we was all inclusive and the food we walked into was a disgrace. The food provided during our stay was not up to the hotel food standards. The food we tried was greasy and cold. Me and my partner spent most our money eating out at places around the area that was open. We then chose to go to the bar and get a drink. We was limited to what we could drink. On the first day I chose to have a cocktail which they went into the back room to make. When I tasted this cocktail it was like it was out of date orange juice. I then noticed they do the cocktails from a machine. The entertainment in the hotel was very poor. There was only live entertainment on the Wednesday for an hour and the Friday night for an hour. All the other nights there was nothing on and not even any music on. For a 4* hotel there was no free wifi. You had to pay to use the wifi which was not right. It cost me double on my phone contract to use my phone whilst there. The area around the hotel was very poor too. Everywhere we went was all building sites and nothing was open. We asked the hotel reception about places we can go visit and they responded with they did not know anywhere. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel to not know places for tourists to visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Two places for food around the area I would recommend if you do attend is the nova beach bar and the beach bars on the front. No10 beach bar was amazing. Both places had amazing staff and amazing customer service.
