Iberostar Alcudia Park

Great rooms if you overlook the pool area. Kids club staff and all entertainment team, the bar team , the restaurant team and all staff were excellent. You can up grade to all inclusive at the hotel reception and kids are free with a paying adult (works out less that via holiday company but please check) For all the staff at the hotel - thank you for such an amazing holiday. We will be back!!! Holidaying with 2 kids 4 & 6 who where entertained for 8am until very late (11pm)!!

Lovely clean friendly hotel, perfect location right on the beach . Good variety of food at all meal times . Lots of different entertainment each evening and the bar out front is a calm atmosphere to sit back and relax . We found all the staff friendly and regularly walked around giving children free lollipops and fruit smoothie samples . Good sized rooms , only downside was there where no sunbeds on the beach

Lovely hotel very clean and tidy looked very luxurious, staff were very kind and polite and made us feel welcome, we had a lovely room with sea and beach view and swimming pool view, room was lovely, was well kept and very clean, only negative I would say about the hotel is the drinks are a little expensive and a large beer is only a half glass but inside drinks are served in a plastic glass, outside is understandable but a drink in a proper glass inside the hotel bar would be more appreciated, otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to families or couples alike, thank you for a wonderful holiday in your lovely hotel

Can't fault this hotel. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and we found the hotel offered Great food.great drinks. Great room. Brilliant entertainment. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach... gorgeous beach may I add. With shallow water it's perfect for small children. We were really spoilt with this hotel.

really good hotel ideally located for the beach but a bus ride away from the Port and decent shops stayed in room 2405 which was kept spotless by the cleaner best cleaning I have ever seen well done! good food choice good bar service a little crowded round the pool too many sunbeds fitted in such a small place take your mossie cream porters put notices on the back of sunbeds saying must not be reserved for more than 45 mins so this encourages people to put towels on the sunbeds-- who know how long a towel has been on a sunbed? ---only the people that cant get one--sends out the WRONG MESSAGE All in all a really good well run friendly hotel would recommend Iberostar hotels rather than the 3* a little more money but well worth it!!!

Rooms are a bit tired and could do with refresh. Good location for beach. Food selection and quality very good. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Some of the bar staff a bit grumpy at times. Pool side crowded and limited chance of getting sun bed but just go to beach - you'll have to pay for sun bed but well worth it. Probably a good choce if you have young children.

We had a fabulous Hoilday This hotel is in a lovely position, right on the beach which is so clean and the sea is so clear. The hotel its self is well presented . The staff are so helpful they do there upmost in all they do to make all there guest happy. The entertainment team work so so hard all day and night . There is always. Lots of activities to take part in for all ages. The evening entertainment is mixed . Every evening mini club for the children. (They love it ) mind so do the adults The food is very GOOD . Lots of choice (we were all inclusive) A fantastic Hoel. We Thank you Alcudia park for making our holiday so Enjoyable . We hope to see you next year !!!

The hotel was amazing with all the rooms a good size and very clean.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The food was excellent...plenty of choice and always very hot.The pool area was large and always plenty of room for a swim.The evening entertainment was of a very high standard.The children's club was handy for our 2 3 year olds and our 7 year old.The location on the beach was fantastic and there were restaurants and bars nearby if needed..we were all inclusive so did not need them.I would certainly return to this hotel.

Hotel fantastic, food fantastic, staff fantastic. I would have no problem returning again for another holiday. The entertainment was excellent and the shows were very well put together. The location to the beach just added to hotels experience.

Very impressed with this hotel this is the first time that I have stayed in a Iberostar and i would go back to another in the future. The hotel was right on the beach with great views and the staff were very friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive and I was very impressed.

Excellent on every level x would go back tomorrow x room clean and well positioned . Staff friendly and efficient . Amazing food of excellent quality and lots of choice for every taste. Brilliant location on the beach . Drinks choice very good . Perhaps more lagers and ciders could be included . Lovely cocktails . Staff said updating hotel next year do it should be out of this world next year as it is fabulius now x I would say it is nearer to 5 stars tgan 4 !!!!!

My 17 year old son and I had a great two weeks at the Iberostar Alcudia Park. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the accomodation was excellent, the food was great and the view was fantastic. Playa de Muro is an ideal place for a beach holiday or as a base from which to explore everthing that the North East region Majorca has to offer. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic friendly and great location and great food very clean. Beach location was good and was placed for nice walks to the markets and shops. Only down side was cyclists everywhere and very rude and unwilling to give way
