Animacje oraz wszelkie atrakcje były interesujące, ciekawe oraz zabawne. Plaża czysta, zadbana. Ogólnie cały hotel był 'super-ekstra-bajerancki'. :) Na pewno będziemy go polecać oraz mile wspominać czas w nim spędzony.

Mieszkaliśmy w części willowej - polecam dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi - cisza i spokój , własny basen . Dużo rozrywki dla dzieci i dorosłych , super mini klub -dla maluszków 0-3, większych dzieci 4-12 i starszych . Wieczorne animacje na wysokim poziomie. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone. Plaża piaszczysta , dno morskie też. Serwis barowy na plaży i przy basenach w części willowej - ' naciskasz guziczek , zamawiasz i po chwili kelner przynosi zamówienie. Wi Fi wszechobecne , lodówka codziennie uzupełniana w cenie . Jeszcze tam wrócimy ! Kamil z rodziną.

Jest to piękny hotel z szerokim zakresem usług.Dla nas najważniejsza była piaszczysta, łagodna i czysta plaża, cieplutkie morze oraz przygotowane boisko do siatkówki plażowej oraz możliwość grania w tenisa stołowego. Brakowało mi jedynie alei spacerowej wzdłuż plaży na wieczorne spacery.

Hotel po remoncie, pokoje urządzone w nowoczesnym stylu, wygodne łóżka, panele na podłodze, w łazience zestaw kosmetyków( szczoteczki do zębów, zestaw do golenia, grzebienie, gąbki do masażu itd.) prysznic z siedziskiem, szlafroki i kapcie. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, choć nie zawsze starannie |). Odnowione lobby i restauracje. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, choć nie ma porównania z poprzednim rokiem( byliśmy już 3 razy), duża ilość owoców, alkohole różnorodne. Papy Klub dobrze zorganizowany, w tym roku brak polskiego animatora :( Animacje dla dorosłych na wysokim poziomie. Miłym akcentem jest Party dla stałych klientów i mały upominek od hotelu. Nie ma problemu ze zmianą pokoju, jeżeli są oczywiście dostępne. Kilka zjeżdżalni, jacuzzi, brodzik dla dzieci z fontanną. Piękna piaszczysta plaża z serwisem i dużą ilością leżaków, platforma do skakania, pomost z leżakami. Polecam hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, dużo zieleni, atrakcji i teren przystosowany dla maluchów :)

Hotel bardzo przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi. Jedzenie bardzo dobrej jakości i różnorodne. Alkohole dostępne w ofercie all inclusive ultra nie tylko lokalne (duży wybór alkoholi). Brak animacji po polsku, ale są za to prowadzone w języku angielskim, za co plus. Komunikacja w języku angielskim możliwa, ale jeśli ktoś zna rosyjski to jest na wygranej pozycji, bo tym językiem porozumiewa się każdy pracownik hotelu, nawet Pani sprzątająca pokoje. W restauracji głównej zbyt mało obsługi. zdarzało nam się czekać na zamówione napoje, dłużej niż jedliśmy posiłek. Jeśli chodzi o dostępne atrakcje, to sporty wodne na plaży przy hotelu, a i owszem są, ale proponowane ceny są 30-40% większe niż w innych krajach (jak np. Hiszpania czy Grecja).

Hotel fantastyczny. Już od samego początku super wrażenie - czekał na nas mały bus którym w 45 minut dojechaliśmy z lotniska do hotelu. W hotelu nie trzeba nosić opasek, osoba z recepcji która nas rejestrowała do końca pobytu pytała nas czy jesteśmy zadowoleni, czy czegoś nam nie trzeba, czy nie chcemy się czegoś napić - rewelacja. Pokój na ostatnim piętrze, bardzo czysty, z wydajną klimą (ale włączoną cały czas). Hotel sprzątany wyjątkowo dokładnie - nawet listwy przy ścianie są regularnie myte, myją chodnik na plażę, ugniatają piasek - naprawdę pierwsza klasa. Woda w basenie bez chloru. Ale najlepsze w tym hotelu - jedzenie a zwłaszcza gala dinner - przy nas kucharz wycina filety z miecznika (całej ryby) i grilluje - rewelacja! Jedzenie ogólnie naprawdę smaczne i różnorodne. Jeśli chodzi o alkohol - poziom Chivasa a nawet single malty. Dodatkowo ciekawe animacje - ale głównie pod Rosjan. Jedyny minus z 2014 roku - znaczna ilość Rosjan - niektórzy potrafią kopnąć w restauracji jedzenie które upadło im na podłogę żeby się po nie nie schylać.

Fantastyczne miejsce ale szkoda, że bez polskiej animacji, chociaż na brak atrakcji nie narzekaliśmy. Rekomendacje: A) Sugerowalibyśmy rozważenie wprowadzenia możliwości płacenia za wycieczki Itaki kartą kredytową/płatniczą; B) w restauracji nakrycia na stolikach były na 3 osoby i za każdym razem trzeba było prosić o dodatkowe nakrycie stołu; C) wprowadzenie polskiej animacji dla dzieci D) bardzo dobre jedzenie ale ststem rezerwacji a la carte był uciążliwy i trudny do zrealizowania - możliwa 1 rezerwacja w kazdej restauracji a la carte w cenie wyjazdu - rezerwacje telefoniczne tylko po 10:00 i w ciągu kilku minut nie bylo wolnych miejsc E) brak otwieraczy w pokojach mimo mini baru pełnego napoi otwieranych otwieraczem Generalnie fantastyczne wakacje :-))))))
