Dratini
You can get Dratini in Black 2 and White 2 by fishing outside of Dragon Spiral Tower. Or in White 2 when you beat Benga/Banjirou in White Forest, go to Alder's place in Floccesy Town and Benga/Banjirou will give you a shiny, level 1 Dratini. It's holding an Exp. Share.
