I purchased this Dwarf Jade Bonsai for my January birthday. I am so impressed with the care that was taken in packaging this thriving jade. I have always had a jade plant and wanted to try a jade tree. This one is perfect! I look forward to purchasing more bonsai plants from this company. Highly recommend!

Very cute when it arrived. Well packaged. But, from the day it got here, it declined. I have a fairly green thumb, and don’t normally have issues with plants or growing anything. This little guy just didn’t settle in anywhere. Now it’s sitting on my kitchen sink with no leaves and I’m not quite sure what to do with it. However, I do know, I won’t be buying another one.

Good looking tree in a nice pot and packaged well for shipping.

I ordered the Dwarf Mogu Pine, Dwarf Jade, Golden Gate Ficus, and Hawaiian Umbrella Tree. They were very well packaged and arrived healthy. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definately order other bonsai trees. Thank you, Brussel’s Bonsai and Home Depot!

It was my first time getting a plant shipped, and I was worried about shipping conditions. Indeed, when box was handed to me, it was upside down. Upon opening, I was pleasantly surprised by how well packaged it was. The pot was protected with plastic wrap to ensure the soil and tree remained inside. There was a cardboard tube along the length of the tree that kept it from shifting around in the box, even when upside down. Very few leaves had fallen off during shipment. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

It came really packet. I cannot wait to see it grow.

This is a small Jade Bonsai. Hopefully it will grow and fill out.

It showed up at about 6" tall from soil to top of plant. It was very green and alive right out of the great shipping container. This is my second Bonsai style plant and I had high expectations. Those expectations were definitely met. My one and only complaint/warning; open it outdoors. Mine came with some bugs attached that I thought were fleas but they are some type of flying bug. I'm not going to take a star off for buying nature and the product showing up with nature attached. Be aware, you don't want to set it up in your kitchen right away. Put it outside and try to get the little bugs off because a week later I still have a couple hanging around.

The Jade Bonsai was well packed and was exactly as described. However the pot was cracked in several places and needed immediate replacement.

Came over watered so lost all of its leaves but after a month or so and a repotting it’s back to growing

Tree was healthy but what do I do with a tree that has three long exposed upright roots as the trunk. Maybe do a tree on rock but its awfully narrow. I think when the pic shows a single trunk, classic upright, you should get something similar. Very ugly tree.

Great bonsai. Looks really healthy and thriving! Description said it includes a humidity tray, but mine did not. Customer service couldn't get in touch with supplier to correct this so they gave me a discount instead. Overall, very good purchase!

The Bonsai is okay except for some areas on the trunk where the bark is broken and the pot is cracked but still holding together. The roots are wired into the pot so it is impossible to change pots without buying a heavy duty wire cutter.
