My name is Sgt. Frank Guzman (PSD) and I am collecting donations on behalf  of Joseph Priolo's wife and daughter.

I am writing this with a broken heart to announce the passing (heart attack) of Joseph Priolo on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.  His dedication and commitment to his wife, daughter and his job is an inspiration to those that knew him.

I knew Joe since 17 years old.  Joe, Pasquale (brother), Orlando, Julio and me were inseparable. We played sports all the time in Central Park, went throughout New York City/New Jersey and had so many laughs and great times. So many stories to tell…  I remember that time we all went to Philadelphia and ran up the steps towards the "Rocky" statue and then we all laughed at the infamous Philly cheese steaks that were overrated. The cold winter tackle football games we played or that time we all went to the movies and in the middle of the movie - You yelled out "Cramp - I gotta Cramp in my leg" and ran out the movie theater. That was a classic... The Sunday football games at Gin Mill and you were the only one watching the Browns game. True dedication Joe. Of course one of the best times were the horse tracks and you and Pat would say "Look for the Mudders."

I watched Joe follow in his Father’s (Pat Priolo) footsteps to help people in a job that he was proud of and then he fell in love and married Jeanine. He left us so many great and positive memories. His most precious gift to us – his daughter, his legacy - Ruby.  She looks just like him. Joe named his daughter after his mom. Joe would say to Ruby, "Not without my heart." He truly loved his daughter.

He loved the Mets, NY Knicks and Cleveland Browns.  He loved the Browns because his father brought him a Browns Jersey in 1977 and Joe fell in love with it.  Can you believe it...  A Cleveland Browns fan in NYC. That was Joe.

God bless you Joe. I know you’re watching over us. You’re now with your mom, father and sister in Heaven. We will never forget because you will always be here with us.

Thank you my friend, my brother for being a part of my life and the lives of everyone that knew you…

All Our Memories and these photos will live on...

Most humble and kindhearted person I have known and will ever know...
