Hotel Havana is a delightful hotel. It has real old charm. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, right off the Riverwalk, only a 10 minute walk to the crowded downtown area. I really enjoyed my stay there

I think for the money… we were charged over quite a bit for three nights, it did not seem reasonable. It’s an old hotel which is beautiful but things like the grout being black with mold in the shower, no kettle in the room for coffee or hot water, being on a busy street with limited buffering for noise control, an old radio (not blue tooth compatible) for which an aux cord was needed, no amenities (although there is a restaurant and bar attached that are cool) all added to my relative disappointment when compared to the price. If this hotel was less expensive I would have been satisfied (relative value to expected experience) but the discrepancy between the actual cost and the quality of stay was dissatisfying. On a positive note the bed was comfy and the staff was really friendly!!!!

We paid almost 400 for one night , this hotel needs improvement, beds are extremely high so it is difficult to get there , the tub is also hard to get in, if you are planning to go with a senior , be aware of that . I won’t stay there again

Great place overall, but the blinds covering the windows facing the parking lot allow too much exposure to the bedroom. Felt very uncomfortable while sleeping. Had to use tape to fill the gap.

Beautiful, unique space which far surpassed expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a room with a view of the river which made the stay all the more special. We'll certainly be back.

Grand old dame of a bygone era. Beautiful, large room (double queen, two gorgeous iron bedsteads), high ceilings, comfortable mattresses. Showing her age a bit in the flooring and the tile. The room was not appointed as well as it should have been for the rather steep price, no wardrobe or dresser, just an old cabinet with a single shelf that was not at all convenient. No coffee maker, which could have been a deal-breaker had I known in advance, no kleenex (!?!) A smart tv that was very stupid, you had to hold the remote 3 inches away from the receiver which rendered the "remote" part rather useless. Brunch was tasty but overpriced. Riverfront room was a little noisy at night due to proximity to the restaurant, but the room was equipped with ear plugs (which we really didn't need). Very close proximity to the Tobin Center, which was our real destination. For that reason we will likely return here in the future.
