The product is fine. There were some shipping issues and communication could have been better. The rice is fine though

Item purchased on August 24th. Scheduled to arrive Sept. 9-28th. It is not October 7th and still no package. I want a refund. I could have bought from someone else and received several times by now. Itwm finally arrived October 12 in good condition. Great product but extreme shipping times.

This took a while to ship, but I eventually received it. The quality I was expecting is not there… I suspect these vetiver roots have already been soaked to remove any naturally occurring essential oils, because there’s no scent at all… it’s just dried roots. The quantity is a lot, but if you’re using this expecting the vetiver oil scent, I would look elsewhere.
