Customer service was great as always! Joi went out of her way to find me the perfect plant for my swing. Even sent an extra as my order was size specific. Plants arrived beautifully packaged and healthy. I always order my tillandsia from this shop and haven't been disappointed!

The plant is slightly larger than expected and is colored up, so it has been well cared for by the vendor. It also arrived in great condition.
