After an order is placed we will only accept cancellations within 1 hour as we package daily. If the package is in pre-transit or transit we will not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check your cart prior to purchase. Items marked delivered by USPS are delivered and the transaction is closed on our end. If your order is not received when tracking indicates it’s delivered you will need to contact your local post office branch to locate your package. As we are a very small shop we are unable to send replacements unless you have purchased additional insurance on your package. We highly recommend purchasing insurance available in our shop. For any circumstance outside of those outlined above please contact us via message

All orders will ship within 3 business days unless stated as a handmade item. We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders ship usps first class mail of under 1 pound. First class mail arrives within 4-9 business days but note it can take longer due to mail volume increase, limited employees and Covid restrictions as outlined by USPS. We apologize for these delays as it is not under our control. For lightweight flat items (under 2 oz) we ship using envelopes and their tracking numbers are provided by Pitney bowes and are often delayed. We recommend purchasing insurance.

We are not responsible for lost mail, accidental orders or incorrect addresses inputted at checkout.

Shipping charges reflect the cost of shipping and handling, the cost of packaging, cello bags, wax bags, paper bags, envelopes, Bubble wrap, boxes, shipping labels, bubble mailers, printer ink, the time it takes to pick and pack items and driving to the post office. The price of shipping is shown at checkout and prior to purchase. The calculated shipping also reflects package weight.
