Fairmile Home Decor does not accept any returns or exchanges. We check each order before shipping making sure that each design is beautiful and well made.
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped out. But once your purchase is shipped, the order is final.
If there is an issue upon delivery due to our fault, or mishandling the package, please contact us right away, and will do our best to solve it for you.

We will ship your order within 1-3 days of purchase, and it takes approximately 1 to 10 business days to receive your package.

For the most part, Dried Flowers can last a long time, typically 3 to 5 years. Yet, with time some flowers begin to show fading and lose their natural colour, while others may last longer. But even when fading does occur it is usually minor.
You can prolong the lifespan of your dried flowers by keeping them away from direct sunlight and moisture. You can remove dust from your flowers by gently blowing air using a hairdryer.

Yes, we do! If your order is more than $500 we will be happy to offer you an additional discount on Dried Flowers and Pampas Grass. However, we do not offer any additional discounts on our wreaths or dried floral bouquets, these are handcrafted (custom-made) arrangements and require a lot of effort to create.

We provide the tracking information with every order over $50. Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number.
